背景技术
传统的现浇楼板支撑顶部采用带有丝杆的可调顶托，支撑拆除通过旋转可调顶托螺母，降低顶托高度来实现。拆除耗时太长，操作极不方便，且在下一工作面进行钢支撑安装时，需要再次旋转可调顶托来调整钢支撑高度，工效极为低下。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种钢支撑快拆头。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现：
一种钢支撑快拆头，所述钢支撑快拆头由三个部分组成，分别为支撑顶板及挡板、快拆垫片和支撑管，所述支撑顶板及挡板为上端开口的“︺”型托盘结构，所述支撑顶板及挡板下端焊接支撑管，所述快拆垫片穿插在支撑管上，所述快拆垫片穿插支撑管两端长度右端大于左端。
所述快拆垫片为金属钢材。

如图1所示，一种钢支撑快拆头，所述钢支撑快拆头由三个部分组成，分别为支撑顶板及挡板1、快拆垫片2和支撑管3，所述支撑顶板及挡板1为上端开口的“︺”型托盘结构，所述支撑顶板及挡板1下端焊接支撑管3，所述快拆垫片2穿插在支撑管3上，所述快拆垫片2穿插支撑管3两端长度右端大于左端，所述快拆垫片2为金属钢材。
使用时，支撑顶板及挡板1与支撑管3焊接，快拆垫片2与支撑管3插接组装，组成快拆头体系。支撑拆除时，将快拆垫片2退出支撑管3管壁，实现支撑头快速拆除。现浇楼板支撑头拆除施工时，先用锤子敲击快拆垫片2，使快拆垫片2退出支撑管3管壁以外，支撑顶板及挡板1和支撑管3一起降落，可依次拆除面板、主次梁、钢支撑快拆头及钢支撑。
