【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及影像拍摄设备领域,尤其涉及一种影像拍摄装置及其云台,以及搭载所述影像拍摄装置的无人飞行器。
【背景技术】
随着人们对影像拍摄效果的要求逐步提升,云台逐渐被应用以将摄影器材搭载在云台上,通过在云台上展现水平或俯仰等各种拍摄角度,并可稳定在某一姿态进行拍摄,从而可得拍摄效果大幅提升的影像。
一种现有的影像拍摄装置其相机固定在云台上,由于云台特有的固定结构使得相机拍摄后的影像资料需要将相机从云台上拆卸后,再连接至外部数据存储装置进而完成影像资料的传输。每次影像资料的传输需要相机的装载与拆卸,不便于使用。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种无人飞行器、影像拍摄装置及其云台,其可解决的影像拍摄装置中的拍摄器的数据传输烦琐、反复拆装拍摄器导致磨损拍摄器和云台造成使用寿命缩短的问题。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种云台,用于安装拍摄器,所述云台包括主体、与主体连接的安装轴,以及设置在安装轴上的底座,所述底座用于固定所述拍摄器,所述云台还包括设置在底座上的固定板,以及安装于固定板与底座之间的电路板,所述电路板上设有USB输入接口和USB输出接口,所述USB输入接口用于与拍摄器形成数据传输连接,所述USB输出接口用于与外部存储设备连接。
在一些实施例中,所述底座呈L形,包括第一支板以及第二支板,所述拍摄器固定在第一支板上,所述固定板设置在第二支板上,所述电路板夹置在第二支板和固定板之间。
在一些实施例中,所述第二支板上与电路板相对的一侧设有一安装套筒,所述安装套筒套装于所述安装轴上从而将所述底座与安装轴固定连接。
在一些实施例中,所述USB输出接口的插拔方向与安装轴的轴向垂直。
在一些实施例中,所述USB输出接口位于所述固定板和所述安装套筒之间。
在一些实施例中,所述电路板邻接第二支板的一侧还同时抵接所述安装套筒和安装轴。
在一些实施例中,所述固定板上设有通孔以露出所述USB输入接口,所述固定板的一侧为电路板,另一侧通过USB输入接口连接所述拍摄器。
在一些实施例中,所述USB输入接口和USB输出接口的插拔方向不同。
一种影像拍摄装置,包括上述任意一种云台,及安装在云台上的拍摄器,所述拍摄器具有USB传输接口,所述USB传输接口与所述云台上的电路板所设置的USB输入接口进行数据传输。
一种无人飞行器,包括上述任意一种影像拍摄装置,及机身主体,所述影像拍摄装置连接所述机身主体。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果在于:当需要对所述拍摄器内的数据资料进行存取时,无需将拍摄器从云台上拆卸下来,直接利用USB输出接口连接外部存储设备即可对拍摄器内的数据资料作进一步处理操作。因而可免除拍摄器反复拆装的麻烦,避免拍摄器及云台的相关结构的摩擦损耗,延长这些构件的使用寿命。

为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
此外,下面所描述的本实用新型各个实施方式中所涉及到的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型一实施例提供的一种影像拍摄装置,包括云台10和设置在云台10上的拍摄器20。拍摄器20可以是相机或者摄像机,可用于摄取动态或静态影像资料,并对影像资料进行存储。拍摄器20具有一USB传输接口201,通过该USB传输接口201,可以连接外部存储设备,例如电脑、移动硬盘等,从而可对该拍摄器20中的影像资料进行转移,并可满足进一步处理等其他需求。
云台10包括主体11以及设置在主体11上的安装轴12。安装轴12用于连接可安装拍摄器20的底座30,从而可将拍摄器20固定在云台10上。
一实施例中,主体11为三轴航拍主体,例如主体11可进一步包括翻转支架、偏航支架、俯仰电机、翻转电机和偏航电机等机构,这些机构可控制拍摄器20实现三维空间上的移动以及定位,从而可提供拍摄器20各种拍摄角度姿态,以使影像内容更为丰富,影像质量更高。当主体11为三轴航拍主体时,所述安装轴12可以与其中的翻转支架或者偏航支架固定连接,三轴航拍主体的各个动作的切换以及姿势的固定通过主体11与安装轴12的固定连接得以传递至设置在底座30上的拍摄器20。
同时参考图3,所述云台10进一步包括设置在底座30上的固定板40,以及安装于固定板40与底座30之间的电路板50,所述电路板50上设有USB输入接口501和USB输出接口502,所述USB输入接口502用于与拍摄器20形成数据传输连接,所述USB输出接口502用于与外部存储设备连接。具体地,当所述拍摄器20固定安装于所述底座30上时,所述USB输入接口502与拍摄器20上的USB传输接口201形成数据传输连接,因此本实用新型提供的影像拍摄装置及其云台,当需要对所述拍摄器20内的数据资料进行存取时,无需将拍摄器20从云台10上拆卸下来,直接利用USB输出接口502连接外部存储设备即可对拍摄器20内的数据资料作进一步处理操作。因而可免除拍摄器20反复拆装的麻烦,避免拍摄器20及云台10的相关结构的摩擦损耗,延长这些构件的使用寿命。
进一步地,所述底座30大致呈L形,包括第一支板301以及第二支板302。第一支板301和第二支板302大致垂直。所述拍摄器20固定在第一支板301上,所述固定板40设置在第二支板302上,所述电路板50夹置在第二支板302和固定板40之间。
所述底座30设有一安装套筒31,具体地,所述安装套筒31由第二支板302的一侧延伸而出。所述安装套筒31与电路板50分别位于第二支板302的相对两侧,也即安装套筒31设在第二支板302上与电路板50相对的一侧。所述安装套筒31套装于所述安装轴12上,从而将安装轴12固定安装在底座30上。具体地,所述安装套筒31上设有紧固螺丝,可通过紧固螺丝对底座30和安装轴12形成固定连接。
进一步地,所述USB输出接口502的插拔方向与安装轴12的轴向垂直。可以理解,所述USB输出接口502的插拔方向,以及所述USB输入接口501的插拔方向,是指这些接口与USB设备(例如USB数据线或者USB存储器等)连接时,USB设备的插拔方向。由图1中清晰可见,所述USB输出接口502朝向下方,插拔方向为竖直方向,与呈水平方向延伸的安装轴12具有垂直的关系。同时USB输入接口501与安装轴12的轴向基本平行,但是不同轴,具有立体上错位的位置关系。USB输出接口502和USB输入接口501的插拔方向不同,可使USB输出接口502具有更宽敞的连接空间,避免拍摄器20及云台10的相关结构对该USB输出接口502造成阻挡,从而便利于该USB输出接口502与外部存储设备的连接。
如图1和图3中所示,所述电路板50夹设在固定板40和第二支板302之间,使得所述USB输出接口502也位于所述固定板40和所述第二支板302之间。
所述USB输入接口501从固定板40上露出,以便与设置在底座30上的拍摄器20进行连接。所述固定板40上设有通孔(图未示)以露出所述USB输入接口501,所述固定板40的一侧为电路板50,另一侧通过USB输入接口501连接所述拍摄器20。
如图3中所示,所述电路板50邻接第二支板的一侧还同时抵接所述安装套筒31和安装轴12。所述固定板40盖设在底座30的第二支板302上,对电路板50进行固定。可以理解地,所述底座30的第一支板301上还可设置滑轨、安装肋等结构,以方便对于拍摄器20的安装固定。
本实用新型通过在固定拍摄器20的底座30上连接设置一电路板50,在电路板50上设置相应的USB转接接口,从而简化云台10上的拍摄器20的数据传输方式,同时降低云台10和相机20的拆卸过程中的摩擦损坏风险,提高相应设备的使用寿命。在实际使用过程中,只需要利用一根USB传输数据线便能把固定在云台10上的拍摄器20内的实时数据或存储数据传送到用户的移动设备等数据存储设备中,具有更佳的用户体验。
本实用新型还提供一种具有上述影像拍摄装置的无人飞行器,所述无人飞行器包括机身主体,所述影像拍摄装置连接所述机身主体。

1.一种云台,用于安装拍摄器,所述云台包括主体、与主体连接的安装轴,以及设置在安装轴上的底座,所述底座用于固定所述拍摄器,其特征在于,所述云台还包括设置在底座上的固定板,以及安装于固定板与底座之间的电路板,所述电路板上设有USB输入接口和USB输出接口,所述USB输入接口用于与拍摄器形成数据传输连接,所述USB输出接口用于与外部存储设备连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的云台,其特征在于,所述底座呈L形,包括第一支板以及第二支板,所述拍摄器固定在第一支板上,所述固定板设置在第二支板上,所述电路板夹置在第二支板和固定板之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的云台,其特征在于,所述第二支板上与电路板相对的一侧设有一安装套筒,所述安装套筒套装于所述安装轴上从而将所述底座与安装轴固定连接。
