背景技术
矿山井下充填管道用法兰盘其端面为圆环平面形，环面上有孔眼，可穿螺栓，法兰间用衬垫密封，使两法兰对接安装在一起，在矿山充填生产实际应用中存在充填料浆流速波动，压力增大造成的对接法兰密封胶垫断裂、脱落的情况发生，极易产生法兰间泄露，造成生产现场环境的污染，同时存在安全隐患。

本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术存在的问题提供一种抗压内嵌式法兰盘。
一种抗压内嵌式法兰盘，包括法兰盘，所述法兰盘盘面设有环形凸台，环形凸台内侧环壁镶嵌有密封圈，所述密封圈与法兰盘盘面贴合；
所述法兰盘盘面与密封圈贴合处设置有密封水线，进一步增强法兰密封性能；

如图1所示一种抗压内嵌式法兰盘，包括法兰盘1，所述法兰盘1盘面设有环形凸台2，环形凸台2内侧环壁镶嵌有密封圈3，所述密封圈3与法兰盘1盘面贴合，所述法兰盘1盘面与密封圈3贴合处设置有密封水线4，所述密封圈3内环直径与法兰盘1内圈直径相等。
使用时，将充抗压内嵌式法兰盘安装于充填管道上，并对法兰盘1进行连接，充填管道进行充填料浆输送时，充填料浆对密封圈3进行冲击，环形凸台2对密封圈3进行径向固定，抵消充填料浆流速波动产生的压力，防止密封圈3断裂，密封水线4进一步加强法兰盘1和密封圈3之间的密封性。
