【技术领域】
本发明属于锂离子动力电池制造领域,尤其涉及一种电芯揉平夹具。
【背景技术】
锂离子电池为了获得较小的内阻和较好的倍率性能,开始大范围采用端面焊技术。端面焊技术就是将电池的极片留出一定的空白箔材,揉平后用激光焊接将极耳和电芯焊接在一起。揉平后,焊接平面的表面质量直接影响焊接效果和成品率,而且电芯揉平过程中对电芯施加较大的力,也会引起电芯薄弱位置的变形。
现有揉平装置有超声揉平、机械螺旋揉平和夹具限位机械揉平等方式,这些方式在揉平的过程中主要关注点在于揉平后焊接平面的表面质量。然而,在实际揉平过程中,由于电芯结构的原因,导致电芯薄弱位置的受力较大会引起变形。
最明显的是电芯最外圈的极片,所受张力较小,易在外力的作用下发生变形。揉平过程中,最靠近留箔区的敷料区也会出现相应的变形,造成极片掉粉或与负极接触短路等问题。
【发明内容】
针对以上问题,本发明提供了一种电芯揉平夹具,解决了薄弱点易变性,防止了敷料区变形造成掉粉,提高了电芯的生产性能。其采取的技术方案如下:
一种电芯揉平装置,包括:夹持头(1)、滑块(2)、揉平头(3)、滑轨(4)、留箔区(5)、敷料区(6)以及薄弱点(7),其特征在于:所述的滑块(2)通过滑轨(4)与夹持头(1)连接,滑块(2)与揉平头(3)贴合,且长度与电芯揉平的压缩比成正比。
优选的,所述滑块(2)与电芯接触面光滑,且两端倒角。
本发明有益效果:
本发明通过对薄弱点(7)施加一定的压力,提高该处的抗变形能力,防止敷料区变形造成掉粉等现象,从而影响极片的性能。同时,本实用新型通过滑块机制,将原有揉平机构的定位和限位等优点结合起来,提高了电芯的生产性能。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本实用新型进行进一步的说明。
如图1所示本实用新型包含夹持头(1)、滑块(2)、揉平头(3)、滑轨(4)、留箔区(5)、敷料区(6)以及薄弱点(7)。滑块(2)通过滑轨(4)与夹持头(1)连接在一起,构成揉平夹具的主体部分。
本发明的工作流程如下:将电芯放置在夹具中,夹持头(1)下压,压紧辅料区(6)和薄弱点(7),启动揉平装置,揉平头(3)进行揉平动作,完成对留箔区(5)的加工。在揉平操作完成后,揉平头(3)复位,夹持头(1)升起,滑块(2)复位,同时取出加工好的电芯。

2.根据权利1要求所述的一种电芯揉平装置,其特征在于:所述的滑块(2)与电芯接触面光滑,且两端倒角。
