[0001] 本发明属于水处理技术领域,特别涉及一种高效混凝吸附净化器。
背景技术
[0002] 本净化器基于强化混凝原理,强化混凝是指在水处理常规混凝处理过程中,在保证浊度去除效果的前提下,基于混凝剂效率的提高和反应PH条件控制的混凝过程。其中包括混凝剂水解、聚合,与污染物电中和、粘结架桥形成絮体,污染物的包裹、吸附、沉降等过程,此方法对几乎所有的污染物都有一定的去除作用。
[0003] 现有的混凝装置,往往由于混凝过程受限,效率低,无吸附性,导致最终净化效果不佳,药剂使用量大。
发明内容
[0004] 为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种高效混凝吸附净化器,内部构造分为混合反应区、吸附区、沉淀区、集泥区四大部分,基于强化混凝原理对设备内部结构及废水流态进行设计,采用立体接触絮凝使其更加高效,从而达到全面降低水体污染物水平、控制水污染、实现水质净化的目的。

[0006] —种高效混凝吸附净化器,包括罐体2,罐体2中有导流筒17,导流筒17中有中心滤筒13,导流筒17的长度小于中心滤筒13的长度,密闭包裹在中心滤筒13之外;带有进药口 A19和进药口 B20的总进水管21穿过罐体2后与导流筒17下部连通,导流筒17上部连通开口朝下的配水管15向罐体2中部的迷宫槽填料层5送水,罐体2的上部设置收水围板11,收水围板11通过进水方孔12与中心滤筒13的上部连通,中心滤筒13中设置有活性炭填料层14,中心滤筒13的底部为净化水出口,其特征在于,所述导流筒17中设置有混合螺旋板18。

[0008] 所述罐体2中设置填料支架4和填料压条6,迷宫槽填料层5位于填料支架4和填料压条6之间。
[0009] 所述罐体2中位于填料支架4下方设置有集泥斜板22,罐体2上位于集泥斜板22底部位置开有排泥口 23。
[0010] 所述罐体2的顶部设置有压力表7和排气口 10。
[0011] 所述中心滤筒13的底部设置出水滤筒24。
[0012] 所述配水管15的端部设置有布水绕丝管16。
[0013] 所述中心滤筒13的顶端伸出罐体2,且中心滤筒13的顶端设置有法兰密封盖8和呼吸阀9。

具体实施方式
[0021] 下面结合附图和实施例详细说明本发明的实施方式。
[0022] 如图1所示,一种高效混凝吸附净化器,适用于各类工业废水及生活污水物理化学混凝吸附处理。包括位于支座1上的罐体2,罐体2中有导流筒17,导流筒17中有中心滤筒13,导流筒17的长度小于中心滤筒13的长度,密闭包裹在中心滤筒13之外。带有进药口 A19和进药口 B20的总进水管21穿过罐体2后与导流筒17下部连通,导流筒17中设置有混合螺旋板18,导流筒17上部连通开口朝下的配水管15向罐体2中部的迷宫槽填料层5送水,迷宫槽填料层5位于填料支架4和填料压条6之间,配水管15的端部设置有布水绕丝管16。
[0023] 罐体2的上部设置收水围板11,收水围板11通过进水方孔12与中心滤筒13的上部连通,中心滤筒13中设置有活性炭填料层14,中心滤筒13的底部设置出水滤筒24,作为最终的净化水出口。
[0024] 罐体2中位于填料支架4下方设置有集泥斜板22,罐体2上位于集泥斜板22底部位置开有排泥口 23。罐体2在此区域设置人孔3,用于实现人工检修。
[0025] 罐体2的顶部设置有压力表7和排气口 10,中心滤筒13的顶端伸出罐体2,设置有法兰密封盖8和呼吸阀9。当设备运行一定时间后需对活性炭填料层14进行更换,此时打开法兰密封盖8及出水滤筒24即可。呼吸阀9和排气口 10可对设备内空气及时排除。
[0026] 本发明的工作过程:
[0027] 废水连同药剂进入罐体2后首先经过导流筒17,在导流筒17内完成混合后向上流动通过配水管15,平均分配给布水绕丝管16。其中,在混合螺旋板18作用下药剂与废水可更加充分混合均匀,使药剂与废水中污染物完全接触,充分反应。
[0028] 之后,通过布水绕丝管16达到废水在罐体2内均匀、分散布水的目的。药剂与废水中污染物通过电中和、粘结架桥形成絮体,及包裹、吸附、沉降等过程,使污染物逐步沉降、分层。污染物沉降过程中通过迷宫槽填料层5利用多级涡流沉降原理使废水中较易沉降的悬浮物、污染物聚集、积累,最终向下被集泥斜板22拦截、收集,通过排泥口 23排出;迷宫槽填料层利用填料支架4和填料压条6固定。
[0029] 而分层后的上清液通过收水围板11流经进水方孔12进入中心滤筒13,在中心滤筒13中装有活性炭填料层14,当上清液流经时对污染物进行吸附、截留,达到进一步净化水质的目的。最终清水通过出水滤筒14流出。

1.一种高效混凝吸附净化器,包括罐体(2),罐体(2)中有导流筒(17),导流筒(17)中有中心滤筒(13),导流筒(17)的长度小于中心滤筒(13)的长度,密闭包裹在中心滤筒(13)之外;带有进药口 A (19)和进药口 B(20)的总进水管(21)穿过罐体⑵后与导流筒(17)下部连通,导流筒(17)上部连通开口朝下的配水管(15)向罐体⑵中部的迷宫槽填料层(5)送水,罐体(2)的上部设置收水围板(11),收水围板(11)通过进水方孔(12)与中心滤筒(13)的上部连通,中心滤筒(13)中设置有活性炭填料层(14),中心滤筒(13)的底部为净化水出口,其特征在于,所述导流筒(17)中设置有混合螺旋板(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述高效混凝吸附净化器,其特征在于:所述罐体(2)位于支座(1)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述高效混凝吸附净化器,其特征在于:所述罐体(2)中设置填料支架(4)和填料压条¢),迷宫槽填料层(5)位于填料支架(4)和填料压条(6)之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述高效混凝吸附净化器,其特征在于:所述罐体(2)中位于填料支架(4)下方设置有集泥斜板(22),罐体(2)上位于集泥斜板(22)底部位置开有排泥口(23)。
5.根据权利要求1所述高效混凝吸附净化器,其特征在于:所述罐体(2)的顶部设置有压力表(7)和排气口(10)。
6.根据权利要求1所述高效混凝吸附净化器,其特征在于:所述中心滤筒(13)的底部设置出水滤筒(24)。
7.根据权利要求1所述高效混凝吸附净化器,其特征在于:所述配水管(15)的端部设置有布水绕丝管(16)。
8.根据权利要求1所述高效混凝吸附净化器,其特征在于:所述中心滤筒(13)的顶端伸出罐体(2),且中心滤筒(13)的顶端设置有法兰密封盖(8)和呼吸阀(9)。
