Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种软水机硬度自动检测结构,包括设置在软水机内的旁通阀和阀头,所述旁通阀通过进水管和出水管与阀头相连通,所述进水管上设置对水进行检测的硬度检测装置,所述硬度检测装置为伸入进水管的管腔内的TDS检测探头,所述TDS检测探头通过控制器与软水机显示面板电性连接,所述阀头及旁通阀均与控制器电性连接,本实用新型结构简单,实现了软水机对原水硬度的自动检测,可以让用户实时的了解到水质的变化,客户根据水质情况调整软水机参数,使得软水机的功能得到最大的实现。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种软水机硬度自动检测结构。
背景技术
市面上的软水机均需手动进行原水的PPM值,再通过计算得出水的硬度,不具备自动进行硬度检测的功能,用户没办法了解到水质的变化,从而会影响软水机的使用效果。
实用新型内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供了一种结构操作简单的软水机硬度自动检测结构。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种软水机硬度自动检测结构,包括设置在软水机内的旁通阀和阀头,所述旁通阀通过进水管和出水管与阀头相连通,所述进水管上设置对水进行检测的硬度检测装置。
进一步的,所述硬度检测装置为伸入进水管的管腔内的TDS检测探头,所述TDS检测探头通过控制器与软水机显示面板电性连接。
进一步的,所述阀头及旁通阀均与控制器电性连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:结构简单,实现了软水机对原水硬度的自动检测,可以让用户实时的了解到水质的变化,客户根据水质情况调整软水机参数,使得软水机的功能得到最大的实现。

为让本实用新型的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,并配合附图,作详细说明如下。
如图1~2所示,一种软水机硬度自动检测结构,包括设置在软水机内的旁通阀1和阀头2,所述旁通阀1通过进水管3和出水管4与阀头2相连通,所述进水管3上设置对水进行检测的硬度检测装置。
在本实施例中,所述硬度检测装置为伸入进水管的管腔内的TDS检测探头5,所述TDS检测探头5通过控制器与软水机显示面板电性连接。
在本实施例中,所述阀头2及旁通阀1均与控制器电性连接。
具体实施过程:
在软水机内,水通过旁通阀1的进水端经进水管3流到阀头2内,此时设置在进水管3处的TDS检测探头5可以检测出水的PPM值,并经控制器处理后,在显示面板上显示出当前原水的硬度值,从而可以通过阀头的控制,根据不同的运行状态水从相应的出口流出,使得软水机的功能得到最大的使用,
本实用新型不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本实用新型的启示下都可以得出其他各种形式的软水机硬度自动检测结构。凡依本实用新型申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本实用新型的涵盖范围。

1.一种软水机硬度自动检测结构,其特征在于:包括设置在软水机内的旁通阀和阀头,所述旁通阀通过进水管和出水管与阀头相连通,所述进水管上设置对水进行检测的硬度检测装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的软水机硬度自动检测结构,其特征在于:所述硬度检测装置为伸入进水管的管腔内的TDS检测探头,所述TDS检测探头通过控制器与软水机显示面板电性连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的软水机硬度自动检测结构,其特征在于:所述阀头及旁通阀均与控制器电性连接。
