本实用新型公开了一种连接盘减振装置，包括轴承套、轴承、轴承支撑座、连接盘壳体、橡胶套、上压块和下压块；轴承与轴承套通过轴承支撑座定位，压配进连接盘壳体内，橡胶套插入连接盘壳体，连接盘壳体缺口与橡胶套外侧面凸台配合定位，上压块凸台与橡胶套内侧面凹槽配合定位，下压块直接插入橡胶套的内止口定位。该装置保证了轴承的同心度；轴承套与橡胶套相连增加了连接盘的缓冲性，可以有效的减小连接盘的振动；该装置结构简单，安装和拆卸方便。

背景技术
现有的割草机连接盘，轴承和压块的同心度难以控制，实际使用过程中经常出现由于连接盘振动过大，导致传动轴损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种连接盘减振装置，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：
一种连接盘减振装置，包括轴承套、轴承、轴承支撑座、连接盘壳体、橡胶套、上压块和下压块；轴承与轴承套通过轴承支撑座定位，压配进连接盘壳体内，橡胶套插入连接盘壳体，连接盘壳体缺口与橡胶套外侧面凸台配合定位，上压块凸台与橡胶套内侧面凹槽配合定位，下压块直接插入橡胶套的内止口定位。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案：上压块和下压块都是金属的。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：该装置保证了轴承的同心度；轴承套与橡胶套相连增加了连接盘的缓冲性，可以有效的减小连接盘的振动；该装置结构简单，安装和拆卸方便。

请参阅图1-4，一种连接盘减振装置，包括轴承套1、轴承2、轴承支撑座3、连接盘壳体4、橡胶套5、上压块6和下压块7。轴承2与轴承套1通过轴承支撑座3定位，压配进连接盘壳体4内，橡胶套5插入连接盘壳体4，连接盘壳体4缺口与橡胶套5外侧面凸台配合定位，上压块6凸台与橡胶套5内侧面凹槽配合定位，下压块7直接插入橡胶套5的内止口定位。
本实用新型的工作原理是：使用该装置时，轴承2在轴承支撑座3的作用下与上压块6和下压块相连保证了轴承2的同心度；该装置安装有轴承套1和橡胶套5，增加了连接盘壳体4的缓冲性，有效的减少了连接盘壳体的振动。
