Abstract
一种隔音空调,它涉及一种空调装置。本实用新型解决了现有的空调噪音大,空调中的冷风在空调内部流动过程中易流失的问题。一种隔音空调,包括箱体、箱盖、报警灯、电缆固定头、冷凝器、压缩机、冷凝器离心风机、接水盒组件、蒸发器、蒸发器固定架组件、蒸发器离心风机和蒸发风机罩,所述隔音空调还包括隔音板,所述箱体包括外壳和内部挡板,外壳底部设置有回风口和送风口,外壳后部设置有第一排风口,箱盖顶板设置有第二排风口,箱盖的顶板内壁和所述外壳的内壁均固接有隔音板,所述内部挡板的两面均固接有隔音板。本实用新型的一种隔音空调用于空调的隔音。

[0002] 现代数据大集中的网络时代,计算机的小型化、机柜化,服务器的薄型化、刀片化。他们的特点是体积越来越小,但是,电子功率密度却在不断增大。在这种条件下,机房内的制冷系统承受着越来越大的考验,而机柜空调是专门针对通讯领域应用而设计的。
[0003]目前市场上的工业空调,为了满足其出风量和机柜温度的需求,均采用大功率离心风机,产生大量噪音,尤其是应用于办公环境下的一体化通讯机柜上的空调,所产生的噪音对外部环境影响很大,人在其周围难以正常工作,需要单独建造机房,来隔绝噪音,并且空调中的冷风在空调内部流动过程中易流失,机柜内部不能有效降温。

[0006] —种隔音空调,包括箱体、箱盖、报警灯、电缆固定头、冷凝器、压缩机、冷凝器离心风机、接水盒组件、蒸发器、蒸发器固定架组件、蒸发器离心风机和蒸发风机罩,所述隔音空调还包括隔音板,所述箱体包括外壳和内部挡板,所述内部挡板包括水平挡板、第一竖直挡板、第二竖直挡板和第三竖直挡板,第一竖直挡板的下端和第二竖直挡板的下端与水平挡板的上端面固接,第三竖直挡板的下端与外壳底部内壁固接,所述压缩机、接水盒组件及冷凝器位于后部外壳与第一竖直挡板之间,冷凝器与外壳后部内壁固接,冷凝器离心风机位于第一竖直挡板和第二竖直挡板之间,蒸发器及蒸发器固定架组件位于第二竖直挡板和第三竖直挡板之间,蒸发器离心风机和蒸发器离心风机罩位于第三竖直挡板和外壳前部之间,报警灯和电缆固定头固接于外壳前部,箱盖扣装在箱体的顶部,所述外壳底部设置有回风口和送风口,外壳后部设置有第一排风口,箱盖顶板设置有第二排风口,箱盖的顶板内壁和所述外壳的内壁均固接有隔音板,所述内部挡板的两面均固接有隔音板。

[0008] 1、隔音板采用三层材料复合构成,结构简单,铝箔本身具有吸音、抗干扰功能,与隔音棉组合使用,有效的增强了隔音板的隔音效果,胶层可以使隔音棉与箱体紧密贴合,保证其隔音效果,离心风机运行过程中产生的噪音,绝大部分被箱体内部结构和隔音板阻挡,只能由箱体的外壳后部第一排风口及箱盖上的第二排风口传出,与现有的机柜空调相比,隔音效果提高了百分之九十;
[0009] 2、外壳内壁和内部挡板均固接有隔音板,空调中的大部分冷风在流动过程中不会穿透内部挡板及外壳,最大限度的将冷风传送到机柜中,与现有的机柜空调相比,即满足机柜的进风量又能使机柜内部有效降温。
[0010] 所述隔音空调,因其自身的温度控制和降噪作用,无需另配冷风循环系统,也无需因噪音问题单独建造机房,直接放置到工作区域即可,对周围环境产生的影响均在可接受的范围内,有效的降低了使用成本。

2-9、蒸发器固定架组件2-10、蒸发器离心风机2-11和蒸发风机罩2-12,所述隔音空调还包括隔音板1,所述箱体2-1包括外壳2-1-1和内部挡板,所述内部挡板包括水平挡板2-1-2、第一竖直挡板2-1-3、第二竖直挡板2-1-4和第三竖直挡板2-1-5,第一竖直挡板2_1_3的下端和第二竖直挡板2-1-4的下端与水平挡板2-1-2的上端面固接,第三竖直挡板2-1-5的下端与外壳2-1-1底部内壁固接,所述压缩机2-6、接水盒组件2-8及冷凝器2-5位于第一竖直挡板2-1-3与外壳2-1-1后部之间,冷凝器2-5与外壳2-1-1后部内壁固接,冷凝器离心风机2-7位于第一竖直挡板2-1-3和第二竖直挡板2-1-4之间,蒸发器2_9及蒸发器固定架组件2-10位于第二竖直挡板2-1-4和第三竖直挡板2-1-5之间,蒸发器离心风机2_11和蒸发器离心风机罩2-12位于第三竖直挡板2-1-5和外壳2-1-1前部之间,报警灯2_3和电缆固定头2-4固接于外壳2-1-1前部,箱盖2-2扣装在箱体2-1的顶部,所述外壳2_1_1底部设置有回风口 2-15和送风口 2-16,外壳2-1-1后部设置有第一排风口 2_13,箱盖2-2顶板设置有第二排风口 2-14,箱盖2-2的顶板内壁、外壳2-1-1的内壁及内部挡板均固接有隔音板1。

[0023] 具体实施方式二:结合图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述的一种隔音空调,所述隔音板1包括铝箔层1-1、隔音棉层1-2及胶层1-3,所述铝箔层1-1、隔音棉层1-2及胶层1-3依次固接为一体。如此设计,铝箔本身具有吸音、抗干扰功能,与隔音棉组合使用,有效的增强了隔音板的隔音效果,胶层可以使隔音棉与箱体紧密贴合,保证其隔音效果。其它组成与连接关系与具体实施方式一相同。
[0024] 具体实施方式三:结合图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述的一种隔音空调,所述隔音板1中的胶层1-3为背胶,所述背胶外粘附有离型纸1-4。如此设计,可使隔音板1与空调箱盖2-2、箱体2-1之间的连接更紧固,气密性更好。其它组成与连接关系与具体实施方式二相同。

1.一种隔音空调,包括箱体(2-1)、箱盖(2-2)、报警灯(2-3)、电缆固定头(2-4)、冷凝器(2-5)、压缩机(2-6)、冷凝器离心风机(2-7)、接水盒组件(2-8)、蒸发器(2_9)、蒸发器固定架组件(2-10)、蒸发器离心风机(2-11)和蒸发风机罩(2-12),其特征在于:所述隔音空调还包括隔音板(1),所述箱体(2-1)包括外壳(2-1-1)和内部挡板,所述内部挡板包括水平挡板(2-1-2)、第一竖直挡板(2-1-3)、第二竖直挡板(2-1-4)和第三竖直挡板(2_1_5),第一竖直挡板(2-1-3)的下端和第二竖直挡板(2-1-4)的下端与水平挡板(2-1-2)的上端面固接,第三竖直挡板(2-1-5)的下端与外壳(2-1-1)底部内壁固接,所述压缩机(2-6)、接水盒组件(2-8)及冷凝器(2-5)位于第一竖直挡板(2-1-3)与外壳(2-1-1)后部之间,冷凝器(2-5)与外壳(2-1-1)后部内壁固接,冷凝器离心风机(2-7)位于第一竖直挡板(2-1-3)和第二竖直挡板(2-1-4)之间,蒸发器(2-9)及蒸发器固定架组件(2-10)位于第二竖直挡板(2-1-4)和第三竖直挡板(2-1-5)之间,蒸发器离心风机(2-11)和蒸发器离心风机罩(2-12)位于第三竖直挡板(2-1-5)和外壳(2-1-1)前部之间,报警灯(2_3)和电缆固定头(2-4)固接于外壳(2-1-1)前部,箱盖(2-2)扣装在箱体(2-1)的顶部,所述外壳底部设置有回风口(2-15)和送风口(2-16),外壳(2-1-1)后部设置有第一排风口(2_13),箱盖(2-2)顶板设置有第二排风口(2-14),箱盖(2-2)的顶板内壁、外壳(2-1-1)的内壁及内部挡板均固接有隔音板(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音空调,其特征在于:所述隔音板1包括铝箔层(1-1)、隔音棉层(1-2)及胶层(1-3),所述铝箔层(1-1)、隔音棉层(1-2)及胶层(1-3)依次固接为一体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种隔音空调,其特征在于:所述隔音板(1)中的胶层(1-3)为背胶,所述背胶外粘附有离型纸(1-4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音空调,其特征在于:所述隔音棉层(1-2)的厚度为3mm ο
