本实用新型涉及一种编码装置,尤其是一种车库门机霍尔式跑限位自复位编码装置,属于车库门机限位的技术领域。按照本实用新型提供的技术方案,所述车库门机霍尔式跑限位自复位编码装置,包括尼龙涡轮以及用于驱动所述尼龙涡轮转动的驱动马达;还包括用于对驱动马达的转子轴进行转动计数限位的马达转动计数限位机构以及用于对驱动马达跑限时进行校准的涡轮计数校准机构;所述涡轮计数校准机构包括安装于尼龙涡轮上的涡轮磁铁以及与所述涡轮磁铁适配的涡轮位置霍尔元件。本实用新型结构紧凑,能有效限制车库门的限位偏离,成本低,控制精度高,安全可靠。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种编码装置,尤其是一种车库门机霍尔式跑限位自复位编码装置,属于车库门机限位的技术领域。
背景技术
尼龙蜗轮减速式蜗杆蜗轮车库门马达具有噪音小,效率高,一致性好的优点,但是在停止状态时,若输出轴加一较大扭矩时可能会带动蜗杆旋转,车库门马达的自锁能力差,常规的蜗杆轴霍尔脉冲累加计数式限位方式会造成车库门机限位偏离,而无法使用。
为了限制车库门机的限位偏离,传统做法是在和车库门体始终保持同步的轨道链条或同步带适当位置设置一参考点,在电机合适的位置安装一个适配的参考点开关。当车库门的行程设定好后,参考点脉冲位置和限位计数脉冲保持一定的脉冲数量间隔。当车库门在停止状态受额外的强扭造成跑限,参考点脉冲和限位计数脉冲在这个点的相对个数就会出现偏差;这种情况下,在下一次运行经过参考点时把原来的脉冲间隔数恢复回去即能制止跑限。
这种参考点防跑限做法直观有效,但因为增加了参考点和参考点开关,给生产和用户安装增加麻烦,成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种车库门机霍尔式限位自复位编码装置,其结构紧凑,能有效限制车库门的限位偏离,成本低,控制精度高,安全可靠。
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案,所述车库门机霍尔式跑限位自复位编码装置,包括尼龙涡轮以及用于驱动所述尼龙涡轮转动的驱动马达;还包括用于对驱动马达的转子轴进行转动计数限位的马达转动计数限位机构以及用于对驱动马达跑限时进行校准的涡轮计数校准机构;所述涡轮计数校准机构包括安装于尼龙涡轮上的涡轮磁铁以及与所述涡轮磁铁适配的涡轮位置霍尔元件。
所述马达转动计数限位机构包括安装于驱动马达转子轴上的马达磁铁以及与所述马达磁铁相适配的马达位置霍尔元件。
所述尼龙涡轮安装于涡轮壳体内,涡轮壳体上设有与涡轮壳体匹配的涡轮盖体,所述马达位置霍尔元件、涡轮位置霍尔元件安装于涡轮盖体上。
所述马达位置霍尔元件、涡轮位置霍尔元件均位于霍尔电路板上,所述霍尔电路板嵌置于涡轮盖体的电路板安装槽内。
所述涡轮盖体上设置与霍尔电路板以及电路板安装槽相适应的电路板盖板。
本实用新型的优点:通过位于驱动马达转子轴上的马达磁铁与匹配的马达位置霍尔元件构成马达转动计数限位机构,通过涡轮位置霍尔元件以及尼龙涡轮上的涡轮磁铁配合对跑限的进行校准,能有效限制车库门的限位偏离,结构紧凑,成本低,控制精度高,安全可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示:为了能有效限制车库门的限位偏离,本实用新型包括尼龙涡轮5以及用于驱动所述尼龙涡轮5转动的驱动马达1;还包括用于对驱动马达1的转子轴进行转动计数限位的马达转动计数限位机构以及用于对驱动马达1跑限时进行校准的涡轮计数校准机构;所述涡轮计数校准机构包括安装于尼龙涡轮5上的涡轮磁铁4以及与所述涡轮磁铁4适配的涡轮位置霍尔元件9。
具体地,所述尼龙涡轮5安装于涡轮壳体2内,涡轮壳体2上设有与涡轮壳体2匹配的涡轮盖体11,所述马达位置霍尔元件8、涡轮位置霍尔元件9安装于涡轮盖体11上。马达转动计数限位机构用于对驱动马达1的转子轴的转动圈数进行计数,根据马达转动计数限位机构的计数值能确定车库门的位置,从而能确定车库门的有效限位位置。
由于车库门机的使用条件差别很大,可能有额外的强扭力、门体安装重量严重不平衡、长时间的积累等因素会造成限位偏离。为了能对马达转动计数限位机构的限位位置进行校准,避免限位偏离造成的影响,采用涡轮计数校准机构进行偏离校准,涡轮磁铁4安装在尼龙涡轮5上,涡轮磁铁4跟随尼龙涡轮5转动时,位于涡轮磁铁4转动切线方向上的涡轮位置霍尔元件9能检测到所述涡轮磁铁4,并产生相应的脉冲,从而能对尼龙涡轮5的转动位置进行检测,通过对尼龙涡轮5位置检测得到的脉冲值对马达转动计数限位机构进行校准,能有效限制车库门的限位偏离。
进一步地,所述马达转动计数限位机构包括安装于驱动马达1转子轴上的马达磁铁3以及与所述马达磁铁3相适配的马达位置霍尔元件8。
本实用新型实施例中,驱动马达1的转子轴伸入涡轮壳体2内,即马达磁铁3位于涡轮壳体2与涡轮盖体11之间的区域,马达磁铁3能跟随驱动马达1的转子轴转动。马达位置霍尔元件8与马达磁铁3配合,在马达磁铁3转动后,马达位置霍尔元件8能通过马达磁铁3的配合关系,确定驱动马达1的转子轴的转动圈数,如在马达位置霍尔元件8的0脉冲确定为开门位置,而在计数脉冲达到N个时,能确定为关门位置,计算脉冲N的具体大小可以根据需要进行确定,为本技术领域人员所熟知,此处不再赘述。马达位置霍尔元件8与马达磁铁3的配合关系、涡轮位置霍尔元件9与涡轮磁铁4之间的配合关系均为本技术领域人员所熟知。
在驱动马达1以及尼龙涡轮5转动工作时,马达位置霍尔元件8与涡轮位置霍尔元件9间相互不干扰。在出现限位偏差时,则马达位置霍尔元件8的计算脉冲与涡轮位置霍尔元件9间的脉冲差值产生变化,根据所述脉冲差值进行调整,即能实现对限位位置进行校准。驱动马达1的每次跑限都是轻微的,通过涡轮位置霍尔元件9均能检测到,驱动马达1的一圈的行程是125mm-144mm,除非人为破坏或严重的结构损坏,则驱动马达1跑限后不能进行校准的情况基本不可能发生。
所述马达位置霍尔元件8、涡轮位置霍尔元件9均位于霍尔电路板7上,所述霍尔电路板7嵌置于涡轮盖体11的电路板安装槽6内。
所述涡轮盖体11上设置与霍尔电路板7以及电路板安装槽6相适应的电路板盖板10。
本实用新型实施例中,马达位置霍尔元件8、涡轮位置霍尔元件9均固定设置在霍尔电路板7上,霍尔电路板7位于电路板安装槽6内,通过电路板盖板10对霍尔电路板7进行压盖密封,通过霍尔电路板7能方便将马达位置霍尔元件8、涡轮位置霍尔元件9的脉冲输出。具体实施时,马达位置霍尔元件8、涡轮位置霍尔元件9可同在一块或分别在不同的两块霍尔电路板7上,霍尔电路板7可以为PCB板;当然,霍尔电路板7还可以安装在涡轮盖体11的其他位置或安装在除涡轮壳体11外的其他所需位置。
本实用新型通过位于驱动马达1转子轴上的马达磁铁3与匹配的马达位置霍尔元件8构成马达转动计数限位机构,通过涡轮位置霍尔元件9以及尼龙涡轮5上的涡轮磁铁3配合对跑限的进行校准,能有效限制车库门的限位偏离,结构紧凑,成本低,控制精度高,安全可靠。

1.一种车库门机霍尔式跑限位自复位编码装置,包括尼龙涡轮(5)以及用于驱动所述尼龙涡轮(5)转动的驱动马达(1);其特征是:还包括用于对驱动马达(1)的转子轴进行转动计数限位的马达转动计数限位机构以及用于对驱动马达(1)跑限时进行校准的涡轮计数校准机构;所述涡轮计数校准机构包括安装于尼龙涡轮(5)上的涡轮磁铁(4)以及与所述涡轮磁铁(4)适配的涡轮位置霍尔元件(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车库门机霍尔式跑限位自复位编码装置,其特征是:所述马达转动计数限位机构包括安装于驱动马达(1)转子轴上的马达磁铁(3)以及与所述马达磁铁(3)相适配的马达位置霍尔元件(8)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车库门机霍尔式跑限位自复位编码装置,其特征是:所述尼龙涡轮(5)安装于涡轮壳体(2)内,涡轮壳体(2)上设有与涡轮壳体(2)匹配的涡轮盖体(11),所述马达位置霍尔元件(8)、涡轮位置霍尔元件(9)安装于涡轮盖体(11)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车库门机霍尔式跑限位自复位编码装置,其特征是:所述马达位置霍尔元件(8)、涡轮位置霍尔元件(9)均位于霍尔电路板(7)上,所述霍尔电路板(7)嵌置于涡轮盖体(11)的电路板安装槽(6)内。
