Abstract
一种人造石车间吸尘系统，属于人造石加工生产领域，包括若干工作台、若干集尘罩、吸尘风道、沉淀箱、负压风机、沉淀水池、抽水泵，其特征是，集尘罩设在工作台上部，吸尘风道依次连接集尘罩、沉淀箱、负压风机、沉淀水池，抽水泵进口端连接沉淀水池，出口端连接设在沉淀水池上方的若干喷淋头。工作台产生的粉尘由集尘罩经吸尘风道到达沉淀箱初步沉淀，然后由负压风机吹到沉淀水池内沉淀，抽水泵抽取沉淀水池的水经喷淋头全方位喷淋进行二次沉淀，此系统结构简单，可有效的防止粉尘污染，为员工身体健康提供了保证。

背景技术
当今随着人造石需求的不断增加，人造石行业飞速发展，人造石车间环境一直是人造石加工生产领域的一个重要问题。在人造石生产加工中，通过分散机、砂光机、防污机、超洁亮机处理人造石时，会产生大量的石粉尘，现在多数人造石车间无吸尘系统或吸尘系统设计不合理，粉尘得不到及时有效的清除，对工作人员的身体健康产生极大的伤害。

为解决人造石车间产生的粉尘由于处理不当对工作人员健康产生损害的问题，本实用新型提供一种人造石车间吸尘系统。
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案来实现。
一种人造石车间吸尘系统，包括若干工作台、若干集尘罩、吸尘风道、沉淀箱、负压风机、沉淀水池、抽水泵，其特征是，集尘罩设在工作台上部，吸尘风道依次连接集尘罩、沉淀箱、负压风机、沉淀水池，抽水泵进口端连接沉淀水池，出口端连接设在沉淀水池上方的若干喷淋头。

本实用新型的有益效果是：此人造石车间吸尘系统，能够改善人造石生产加工车间的工作环境，保护员工的身体健康，利用负压风机把打磨掉的粉尘吸走，再通过水喷淋和过滤把粉尘沉淀，解决了粉尘污染问题，沉淀箱、负压风机和沉淀水池设置在室外，即解决了噪音问题，又解决了占用空间的问题。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施方式做进一步说明。
如图1所示，一种人造石车间吸尘系统，包括4个工作台8（分散机、砂光机、防污机、超洁亮机）、安装在4个工作台8上部的4个集尘罩1、吸尘风道2、沉淀箱3、负压风机4、沉淀水池5、抽水泵6、16个喷淋头7，吸尘风道2依次连接集尘罩1、沉淀箱3、负压风机4、沉淀水池5，抽水泵6进口端连接沉淀水池5且位于沉淀水池5水面下100mm，抽水泵6出口端与均匀分布在沉淀水池5水面上方500mm处的16个喷淋头7连接；沉淀箱3、负压风机4、沉淀水池5设在车间外部。
当此人造石车间吸尘系统工作时，负压风机4转动，负压风机4前面的吸尘风道2为负压，分散机、砂光机、防污机、超洁亮机产生的粉尘由集尘罩1经吸尘风道2到达沉淀箱3初步沉淀，然后由负压风机4吹到沉淀水池5内沉淀，抽水泵6抽取沉淀水池5的水经喷淋头7全方位喷淋进行二次沉淀。
本实用新型人造石车间吸尘系统，结构简单，经过沉淀箱3和沉淀水池5的沉淀能有效的防止粉尘污染，为员工身体健康提供了保证。沉淀箱3、负压风机4、沉淀水池5设在车间外部，即解决了噪音问题，又解决了占用空间的问题。

1.一种人造石车间吸尘系统，包括若干工作台（8）、若干集尘罩（1）、吸尘风道（2）、沉淀箱（3）、负压风机（4）、沉淀水池（5）、抽水泵（6），其特征是，集尘罩（1）设在工作台（8）上部，吸尘风道（2）依次连接集尘罩（1）、沉淀箱（3）、负压风机（4）、沉淀水池（5），抽水泵（6）进口端连接沉淀水池（5），出口端连接设在沉淀水池（5）上方的若干喷淋头（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的人造石车间吸尘系统，其特征是，沉淀箱（3）、负压风机（4）、沉淀水池（5）设在车间外部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的人造石车间吸尘系统，其特征是，抽水泵（6）进口端位于沉淀水池（5）水面下100mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的人造石车间吸尘系统，其特征是，喷淋头（7）均匀分布在沉淀水池（5）水面上方500mm处。
