Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种高效环保脱脂槽。所述脱脂槽顶部装有污水进水管，脱脂槽底部装有电加热器，脱脂槽上部装有排油管并与过滤器相连接，脱脂槽底部装有排污管并与污液池相连接，过滤器上装有过滤器排油管和过滤清水管，并分别于污液池和清水池相连接，清水池用清水管与回水泵相连接，回水泵用回水管与脱脂槽相连接，自来水池用进水管与脱脂槽相连接。该装置通过在过滤器和回水泵的连接，减少了废水的排放量，实现了脱脂废水的循环利用。

本实用新型涉及到环境保护领域，特别涉及到一种高效环保脱脂槽。
背景技术
大多数机加工企业中的脱脂槽主要是为了进行金属脱脂的清洗装置，脱脂是金属件加工的后处理工艺，因为在金属件加工中表面会附着油污，那么在涂装电镀前就有一道清洗的工序，主要为了剥离金属件表面的油污，增加镀层的附着力。当脱脂槽进行脱脂操作时，会产生污液和油污，当液位不足时，脱脂工序会停止，脱脂槽的加热功能也会停止。为了能让脱脂槽能更好的工作，本实用新型设计出了一种高效环保脱脂槽，达到安全简单环保的进行金属件的脱脂工作。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种利用过滤器和回水泵，实现脱脂废水循环利用的高效环保脱脂槽。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案为：
一种高效环保脱脂槽，包括自来水池、脱脂槽、过滤器、污液池、清水池、回水泵和电加热器，所述脱脂槽顶部装有污水进水管，脱脂槽底部装有电加热器，脱脂槽上部装有排油管并与过滤器相连接，脱脂槽底部装有排污管并与污液池相连接，过滤器上装有过滤器排油管和过滤清水管，并分别于污液池和清水池相连接，清水池用清水管与回水泵相连接，回水泵用回水管与脱脂槽相连接，自来水池用进水管与脱脂槽相连接。
本实用新型的积极效果为：
1、该脱脂槽通过简单的操作，来实现金属件的脱脂；
2、通过在过滤器和回水泵的连接，减少了废水的排放量，实现了脱脂废水的循环利用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1进一步说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
参见附图1，清理金属表面后的污水通过污水进水管15进入脱脂槽2中，开启装在脱脂槽2底部的电加热器7，使污水中的油污和其他污液尽快分离，同时也加快了污液的分解，分离后的油污液通过排油管9进入过滤器3中进行过滤处理，过滤后的清水由过滤清水管14进入清水池5中，而油污则通过过滤器排油管13进入污液池4中，清水池5中的清水经清水管10通过回水泵6由回水管8返回脱脂槽2中，使处理后的废水得以循环使用。当脱脂槽2中的液体不足时，由自来水池1通过进水管11对脱脂槽2进行补水。脱脂槽2底部的污液由排污管12排入污液池4中，污液池4只要定时进行清理即可。

1.一种高效环保脱脂槽，包括自来水池（1）、脱脂槽（2）、过滤器（3）、污液池（4）、清水池（5）、回水泵（6）和电加热器（7），其特征在于：脱脂槽（2）顶部装有污水进水管（15），脱脂槽（2）底部装有电加热器（7），脱脂槽（2）上部装有排油管（9）并与过滤器（3）相连接，脱脂槽（2）底部装有排污管（12）并与污液池（4）相连接，过滤器（3）上装有过滤器排油管（13）和过滤清水管（14），并分别于污液池（4）和清水池（5）相连接，清水池（5）用清水管（10）与回水泵（6）相连接，回水泵（6）用回水管（8）与脱脂槽（2）相连接，自来水池（1）用进水管（11）与脱脂槽（2）相连接。
