Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种医药废水蒸发浓缩系统,包括预热装置、蒸馏装置、蒸发装置和结晶分离装置。预热装置包括缓冲调节罐、预热器和进料泵。蒸馏装置包括蒸馏塔。蒸发装置包括换热器、分离器、循环泵、蒸汽压缩机和冷却水罐。结晶分离装置包括结晶器、离心机装置和出料泵。本实用新型通过换热器与分离器之间的自循环,实现了加热蒸汽循环回收利用,取代了传统医药废水蒸发浓缩工艺,降低了能耗,提高了废水处理效率。

[0014] (I)本实用新型所述医药废水蒸发浓缩系统替代了传统的蒸汽加热的蒸发结晶方式,采用压缩机压缩分离器排放出的二次蒸汽,使用压缩后的二次蒸汽作为加热蒸汽,并通过设置回路实现了设备自身的循环,做到了无需生蒸汽加热、无需冷凝设备,只需少量的电能就能达到良好的蒸发的效果,从而为医药废水处理过程中降低成本、节约能源开辟了一条新途径。

具体实施方式
[0019] 如图1所示,本实施例给出了一种医药废水的蒸发浓缩系统,其包括预热装置、蒸馏装置、蒸发装置和结晶分离装置。
[0020] 所述预热装置包括缓冲调节罐1、预热器3,缓冲调节罐I与预热器3通过一段输料管连接,所述输料管上安装有进料栗2。
[0021] 所述蒸馏装置包括蒸馏塔4,蒸馏塔4的物料进口连接预热器3的出料口,蒸馏塔4的物料出口连接蒸发装置的换热器5。
[0022] 所述蒸发装置包括换热器5、分离器6、循环栗8、蒸汽压缩机7以及冷却水罐9。所述换热器5的进料端管道连接蒸馏塔4的出料端。分离器6与换热器5通过管道连接形成闭合回路,所述闭合回路上设置有循环栗8。经分离器6分离后的浓缩液通过循环栗8进入换热器5中加热之后,再进入到分离器6中分离出浓缩液,浓缩液通过闭合回路在换热器5和分离器6之间循环。所述分离器6的蒸汽出口通过一段输气管连接蒸汽压缩机7的进气口,蒸汽压缩机7的出气口与换热器5连通,换热器5的冷凝水出口通过输水管连接冷却水触9 ο
[0023] 所述结晶分离装置包括结晶器12、离心机装置13,结晶器12通过一出料栗11连接在分离器6的出料端。
[0024] 采用本实施例所述的系统浓缩结晶医药废水的工艺如下:
[0025] 缓冲调节罐I中的温度为室温,医药废水原液经进料栗2栗入预热器3,并与预热器3中冷却水产生换热,经过预热器3后温度上升。预热后的医药废水溶液进入到蒸馏塔4中蒸馏,分离出轻质有机物后,热料进入换热器5中,通过循环栗8在换热器5和分离器6中循环,在换热器5中与加热蒸汽换热,吸收热量的医药废水溶液进入分离器6中闪蒸,并分离出二次蒸汽和浓缩液,二次蒸汽从分离器6蒸汽出口进入蒸汽压缩机7,经蒸汽压缩机7的绝热压缩后,温度和压力得到提升。升温升压后的二次蒸汽作为加热蒸汽进入换热器5与医药废水溶液换热,放热后冷凝成水,并排入冷却水罐9。吸收热量的医药废水溶液进入分离器6中闪蒸并分离出二次蒸汽和浓缩液,医药废水浓溶液预定浓度时经出料栗11栗入结晶器12中冷却结晶,然后经过结晶器12和离心机装置13分离出医药废水和晶体。所述预热器3设置有冷凝水出口,冷凝水出口连接有用于排出冷凝水的出水管,从预热,3最后出来的冷却水可以回用或达标排放。
[0026] 作为本实施例的一种优选的方案,所述冷却水罐9设有冷却水出口,一蒸馏水栗10的进水端通过输水管连接在冷却水罐9的冷却水出口,蒸馏水栗10的出水端连接在预热器3上。由于从冷却水罐9中出来的水还有一定温度,如果直接排出会导致热源的浪费,将冷却水罐9中的水引入到预热器3中,可以作为预热器3的热源,从而达到充分利用热量的目的。
[0027] 作为本实施例的一种优选的方案,所述蒸馏装置的蒸馏塔4进料口连接预热器3出料口,蒸馏塔4的出料口连接换热器5的进料管道。此外,蒸馏塔4上设置用于回收医药废水中轻组分有机物的有机物回收口。通过蒸馏塔4的蒸馏,可从物料中分离出轻组分有机物回收利用,又可改善蒸发装置的出水质量。
[0028] 作为本实施例的一种优选的方案,所述离心机装置13的与分离器6之间设有回路,回路上设有母液栗14。离心机后得到的母液经过母液栗14送入到分离器6中继续循环处理。分离后的母液为饱和医药废水溶液,直接排出可能导致医药废水回收不完全,排出后污染环境,因此设计第二回路后,母液通过第二回路进入到分离器6中,然后在分离器6和换热器5之间循环浓缩,达到预定的浓度后再次结晶分离,如此循环,最后实现医药废水的完全处理。
[0029] 作为本实施例的一种优选的方案,所述预热器3的冷凝水出口连接有出水管,最后经过预热器3热交换后的冷凝水经过出水管排出。
[0030] 本实施例涉及的医药废水蒸发浓缩系统通过换热器与分离器之间的自循环,采用压缩机压缩分离器排放出的二次蒸汽,使用压缩后的二次蒸汽作为加热蒸汽使用,来实现蒸发浓缩的目的,从而节约能源,降低成本,提高生产效率。又通过分段式蒸发过程将蒸发过程分为蒸馏和蒸发结晶,确保系统运行中高效稳定。

1.一种医药废水的蒸发浓缩系统,其特征在于,包括预热装置、蒸馏装置、蒸发装置和结晶分离装置; 所述预热装置包括缓冲调节罐和预热器,缓冲调节罐通过管道与预热器相连通,在缓冲调节罐和预热器之间的管道上安装进料栗; 所述蒸馏装置包括蒸馏塔,蒸馏塔的物料进口连接预热器的出料口,蒸馏塔的物料出口连接蒸发装置的换热器; 所述蒸发装置包括换热器、分离器、循环栗、蒸汽压缩机和冷却水罐,换热器的进料端连接蒸馏塔的物料出口,换热器、分离器通过管道连通形成闭合回路,循环栗安装在换热器、分离器形成的闭合回路上,分离器的蒸汽出口连接蒸汽压缩机的进气口,蒸汽压缩机的出气口连接换热器,换热器的冷凝水出口连接冷却水罐; 所述结晶分离装置包括结晶器和离心机装置,结晶器和离心机装置通过出料栗依次连接在分离器的出料端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医药废水的蒸发浓缩系统,其特征在于,所述冷却水罐通过管道与预热器相连通,在冷却水罐与预热器之间的管道上安装蒸馏水栗,蒸馏水栗的进水端通过管道连接冷却水罐的冷却水出口,蒸馏水栗的出水端通过管道连接预热器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医药废水的蒸发浓缩系统,其特征在于,所述离心机装置通过管道连接分离器,在离心机装置与分离器之间的管道上安装母液栗。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的医药废水的蒸发浓缩系统,其特征在于,所述预热器设置有冷凝水出口,冷凝水出口连接有用于排出冷凝水的出水管。
5.根据权利要求1所述的医药废水的蒸发浓缩系统,其特征在于,所述蒸馏塔上设置用于回收医药废水中轻组分有机物的有机物回收口。
