随着工业产品质量要求的提高，工件清洗、吹扫提出了越来越高的要求。中国专利CN201310589563.4公开了一种轮毂清洗机构，涉及自动洗车机，包括：龙门和喷头，所述喷头有多个，分布于所述龙门顶部和侧面，所述龙门的每个侧面至少有一个轮毂碰头，所述轮毂喷头的指向为斜向上方。该轮毂清洗机构设有斜向上喷射的喷头，可用于清洗汽车轮毂朝下的死角部分；中国专利CN201220315195.5公开了一种汽车自动清洗装置，包含底座，底座的上表面设置有传动装置、装置主体；装置主体的内部设置有清洗装置、吹风装置；清洗装置位于装置主体的前端，吹风装置位于装置主体的后端；吹风装置上设置有柔性材料制成的吹风管；利用这种汽车自动清洗装置，可以很方便地对汽车进行自动清洗，并利用吹风装置充分地将清洗后的汽车上残留的水分风干；但现有的清洗设备体积庞大、结构复杂、能耗高、清洗效果不是很好；喷头需要更多的电力来使之移动，需要耗费额外的能量。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点，提供一种自动旋转清洗吹扫装置，本实用新型的旋转清洗吹扫装置无需电机驱动，仅靠喷嘴的反冲力便可实现旋转，不需要多余电力供给，且可用于喷淋。相较于传统的清洗、吹扫方式，不但更加均匀与高效，还节约了能源，绿色环保。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来解决的：
一种自动旋转清洗吹扫装置,包括旋转喷嘴、驱动喷嘴、旋转轴和清洗吹扫管；所述清洗吹扫管上设置有旋转轴，清洗吹扫管以旋转轴为中心对称设置，在清洗吹扫管上设置有垂直于工件表面的旋转喷嘴，在清洗吹扫管上设置有与旋转喷嘴垂直的驱动喷嘴。
所述驱动喷嘴为偶数个并按照相反方向设置。
所述清洗吹扫管是圆弧形或者是门框形。
一种自动旋转清洗吹扫方法,包括设置旋转喷嘴、驱动喷嘴、旋转轴和清洗吹扫管；在清洗吹扫管上设置旋转轴，使清洗吹扫管以旋转轴为中心对称设置并绕旋转轴旋转，在清洗吹扫管上设置有垂直于工件表面的旋转喷嘴，在清洗吹扫管上设置有与旋转喷嘴垂直的驱动喷嘴，通过驱动喷嘴驱动清洗吹扫管以旋转轴为中心旋转，旋转喷嘴喷出气流对工件进行清洗。

参见图1、2，一种自动旋转清洗吹扫装置，该设备由清洗、吹扫喷嘴、驱动喷嘴、旋转轴、清洗、吹扫管等组成。清洗、吹扫喷嘴布置在清洗、吹扫管道上，吹扫面积应覆盖需要清洗、吹扫的工件。驱动喷嘴设置在清洗、吹扫管上，驱动喷嘴通常为两组(或两个)反向布置，为清洗、吹扫喷嘴的旋转提供动力，减少了传统的电机驱动。
该设备包括：清洗、吹扫喷嘴、驱动喷嘴、旋转轴、清洗吹扫管；设备运行时,清洗、吹扫喷嘴朝向料框进行清洗、吹扫，另外两个驱动喷嘴反向喷出气流推动清洗吹扫管绕旋转轴旋转,以达到360度均匀清洗、吹扫的目的。这样达到了在料框不动的情况下完成清洗、吹扫工作，减少了料框旋转所需的能源损耗，清洗、吹扫管360度旋转确保了清洗、吹扫的均匀性，提高了效率。
