背景技术
[0002]山药在全国大部分地区均有栽培,属缠绕草质藤本,其块茎肉质肥厚,略呈圆柱形,垂直生长,长可达1米,主要使用部分为地下块茎,富含淀粉、糖、蛋白质、碳水化合物和许多次生代谢物,具有养胃健脾、抗癌、防治糖尿病等特殊医疗保健价值,也是一味十分重要的中药材。
[0003] 近年来,国际国内市场对山药的需求量不断增加,但目前种植主要以挖深沟的传统栽培技术为主,多采用人工采挖,因山药皮很薄,才挖山药的时候容易造成机械损伤,从而山药的商业价值就大大减少了,所以老百姓才会说山药种的起收不起”。费时、费工、又费力,采收劳动强度大,还容易断茎,残次品率高。也有少量孔式栽培、窑式栽培、套管栽培,对于孔式栽培来讲,只是通过打孔器在田中打孔栽培,不能解决土地连作障碍,更不能大规模用于工厂化生产。虽然水培可以更加方便,但是为了保证山药质量、口感、和药用价值,土壤栽培是我们最优的选择。山药适宜在管穴内生长,除了栽培方式外,合理地施肥也是增进山药产量和品质的重要影响条件。所以目前的套管栽培技术并不能更好的解决山药的灌水和施肥问题。在发芽阶段,山药植株所需养分来自母薯,在发育初期阶段,为了促进山药的生长,其对氮肥的需求量较大,在薯块形成阶段,对钾肥的需求量较大,此外,适量的增加镁月巴,也有助于产量的增加。所以,适时地施肥对山药的品质有比较大的影响。
[0004] 根据目前现有的栽培设施均受到土壤条件的限制,而且栽培劳动强度大、产量低而不稳,不能大规模用于工厂化生产。特别是近年来土壤连作障碍、环境污染等日益加重,导致山药产量降低、品质下降、农药残留和重金属含量超标,严重影响了山药的栽培和品质。为此,为提高山药的产量和质量,增强其商品性,迫切需要寻求一种山药新的栽培方法。
[0005] 所以采取一种半自动化种植收获集成装置,对山药进行工厂化栽培,该方法可在不适宜土壤耕作的地方进行山药工厂化栽培。解决了山药土壤栽培连作障碍、品质下降等问题,实现了山药优质、安全、无公害生产,操作简单,节肥节水,成本低,适于进行大面积山药生产。使山药这种经济作物能够高质高产,最大可能的提高其商业价值。

[0013] 所述装置可以根据不同具体需要调节装置的大小和尺寸。在确定好规模和尺寸后,将合页7固定。所述装置的侧板1采用的材料是弹性加厚PP树脂,优质环保型PP材料制成,无毒环保,无异味。添加抗氧化与紫外线吸收剂,更具有耐撞击、耐霜冻、抗老化、防晒等特点。使用寿命可高达8-10年以上。而滚轮I 10和滚轮II 16的设置可以让整个装置根据各种不同的需要,如水源的位置,方便移动管理。
[0014] 在整个装置的底部采用不透水设计,有2.5cm高的保水层6,在雨雪天气起到蓄水的作用,在降水量减少的情况下山药根部利用毛细作用吸收水分,能够保水、保肥。而超过
2.5cm的水分会从四周的支杆排水口 5排出,不会使山药因水过多产生腐根现象。因为山药的生长环境的最主要要求是忌涝。在保水层6上面布置种植筒卡座8,以便固定种植筒,装置内部的横向隔板2和竖向隔板4也是起到固定的作用。横向隔板2和竖向隔板4的连接则是通过各自上面的梳齿状卡槽I 31、梳齿状卡槽II 32实现,隔板呈梳齿状,结构牢固,不仅起到固定种植筒的作用,并且在不使用的时候方便拆卸和储放,既不占空间又可以重复使用。横向隔板2和竖向隔板4采用微网孔设计,在保证不流失土壤的情况下,多余的水分会流走。同时又能起到通风透气作用,利于植物根部呼吸。
[0015] 种植筒29分为两个半圆结构,通过上下两个喉箍33进行组合,又便于拆卸;使用聚乙烯高性能材料,质轻、硬度大,可以反复使用多年,节约成本;通过种植筒卡座8、横向隔板2和竖向隔板4进行固定;内部的栽培基质可以自主选择,解决了山药连作障碍,并使山药在生长过程中保持轨迹固定,提高其品质。收货时打开上下两个喉箍33将山药带土取出,省时省力且不破坏其脆嫩的外皮,从而提高山药的商业价值。在种植筒29上均匀布置直径1cm的水气交换孔36,可以增进根部的呼吸作用。在种植筒29的内壁放置一层薄网,防止土壤从水气交换孔36中流失。
[0016] 种植筒29的底部的底板,一个采用实心板,一个采用带有过滤作用的透水板,实心底板II 38紧贴筒壁处设有螺纹插口,让支杆I 40从下部插入底板,通过螺纹42进行旋转固定,而垫片39的设置用来抵抗拉开支杆II 43时的拉力。而另一半底板I 37则是起到排水的作用,防止山药产生腐根现象。传统种植方法会在山药出苗以后,及时搭架进行固苗,本装置的种植筒29内紧贴筒壁处设置一根支杆I 40,在使用时将支杆II 43从支杆I 40中抽出,抽出后架高可达2m高左右,收起与筒壁同高,因紧贴内壁而不占用种植空间,不需要传统的塔架,可以减少材料和人工费。
[0017] 较传统的种植,对种植土壤具有很大的自主选择控制空间。比如在种植筒29内,可以选用草炭、蛭石、腐熟的玉米秸杆混合并混入消毒鸡粪作为栽培基质,或者其他栽培基质,这样山药种植的土质上下均匀一致,对于山药块茎外观的品质有很大提高。施用腐熟的有机肥料,可以增进山药的产量与品质。有机肥料可以改善土壤成分,提供充分的营养,延长营养物质的释放与利用的时间,增进根的呼吸作用,以及提供足够的水分。最重要的是可以解决了山药连作障碍,大大提高了山药的产量。
[0018] 在正常生长阶段,采用自动控制灌水,水源从主供水管11进入,阀门III 27保持常开状态,只有在遇到紧急情况下,关闭阀门III 27进行检修。减压阀23保持常开状态,减压阀23的设置是为了使管道中的水流水压减小并保持稳定。电磁阀21与土壤湿度传感器9相连接。土壤湿度传感器9与自动控制灌溉电路连接,自动灌溉控制电路能根据土壤湿度的大小对山药进行自动控制灌溉,农田灌溉自动控制电路如图9所示。
[0019] 当土壤干燥到一定程度,湿度传感器两探针之间的电阻值上升到某一预定值时,施密特触发器受触发而翻转,通过C2为单稳态触发器提供一个负跳变脉冲,使单稳态触发器翻转,D4输出低电平,使VT3截止,VL1熄灭;VT1和VT2导通,K吸合,电磁阀21-KM通电工作,开始灌溉,同时VL2点亮,表示电磁阀21运转正常。RP1用来控制土壤湿度,调节其阻值,可以根据土壤的湿度来确定灌溉的时机。调节RP2的阻值,可以调整灌溉时间的长短。
[0020] 地下灌溉水带28采用高分子半透膜具有单向渗透功能,以微量缓慢、连续不断的出水原理向土壤供水,管内水流保持低速不间断流动,抗阻塞能力强。采用地下灌溉,一方面可以减少蒸发损失、渗透损失及径流损失,达到高效用水效果,利益方面可以使水分直接送达山药根部,能使山药上下粗细一致,从而大大地提高了其商业价值。该灌溉方式以势能(土壤势能、水位势能)为驱动力,除水源外,灌溉系统运行不消耗动力、不需要电力、燃料,比其它节水灌溉方式节能95%以上。地下灌溉使灌溉水直接进入作物根部土壤,是一种先进的节水灌溉技术,十分优于传统的灌水方式,对于山药而言,使其能够上下吸收水分一致,从而能够使山药生长轨迹固定,山药生长上下均匀一致,形状规则,提高山药的经济价值。
[0021] 研究表明,适时地施肥对山药的品质有比较大的影响。本实用新型可以在山药的不同成长阶段,配制不同的养料成分与浓度的混合灌溉液。采用水肥耦合技术直接将水肥混合灌溉液通过灌溉水提供给山药。在发芽阶段,山药植株所需养分来自母薯,在发育初期阶段,为了促进山药的生长,其对氮肥的需求量较大。在混肥罐14里装入所需的可溶性肥料,打开阀门I 12,进行混肥。再打开阀门II 19,混好的肥料经过过滤器18,减压阀23仍然是常开状态,以此可以进行施肥管理。在山药薯块形成阶段,山药对钾肥的需求量较大,可以在混肥罐14里进行配制,然后对山药进行施肥管理。另外,本装置的混肥罐14还可做混药罐使用,从而实现水、肥、药一体化作业减少生产成本,降低人工管理费,提高山药产量和品质。
[0022] 在收获时,先将地下灌水带28与灌水和施肥系统断开,然后将合页7打开,先将四周的侧板1取下,然后将横向隔板2和竖向隔板4拆除,进行成排收获,通过手把35将种植筒29从种植筒卡座8抬起,然后打开两个喉箍33,将种植筒29打开,将地下灌水带28连带其保护弹簧30进行储放,将支杆I 40旋下后进行统一放置,就可以将种植筒29分两半进行放置。整个过程山药可以保证整个取出,并且能够保证山药脆嫩的外皮不会破损,省去人工开挖这个环节,不仅能减少劳动力,更能确保山药的完整性,将山药成排取出后,统一将其进行带土储存。而整个装置可以拆除统一放置,以便重复使用。该装置组装轻便,可任意组合,可大可小,可高可矮,如积木般神奇,能根据不同规模的生产需要自由组合,不用时可收藏,不占空间。

[0024] 使用该装置不仅省去了开挖环节,而且能够使山药的整个生长过程得到自动控制的目的,从而实现水、肥、药一体化作业减少生产成本,降低人工管理费,提高山药产量和品质。可拆卸重复利用,大大降低成本,在解决收获难题的同时,还可以在单元装置中进行半自动化管理,使山药长薯快、收获容易,能在不同地区推广种植,达到高产、优质、高效目的。该技术与传统山药栽培技术比较,所产山药条整齐、饱满、光滑、皮色佳,挖掘时不会损伤,耐贮藏,商品价值高。
