本实用新型涉及一种太阳能电池板加工设备，具体是一种太阳能电池板除尘防静电装置。
背景技术
太阳能电池板（Solarpanel）是通过吸收太阳光，将太阳辐射能通过光电效应或者光化学效应直接或间接转换成电能的装置，大部分太阳能电池板的主要材料为“硅”，但因制作成本很大，以至于它还不能被大量广泛和普遍地使用。相对于普通电池和可循环充电电池来说，太阳能电池属于更节能环保的绿色产品。
现有技术中，太阳能电池板在加工过程中，由于电池板表面容易落灰，且摩擦容易产生静电，影响电池板后期的使用寿命。

本实用新型目的是提供了一种能快速祛除灰尘，放置电池表面产生静电造成电池使用寿命缩短的太阳能电池板除尘防静电装置。

一种太阳能电池板除尘防静电装置，包括机座，其特征在于：所述机座上设有工作台，所述工作台的上表面设有多个输送辊，所述机座的侧壁上设有条形槽，所述条形槽内滑动安装有除尘架，所述除尘架具有前、后两支承杆，所述前支承杆上转动安装有刷毛辊，所述后支承杆上固定安装有吸尘口，所述吸尘口连通外部的抽风机，所述刷毛辊上连接有除静电导线。
所述除静电导线连接在放置于地面上的抽风机上。
本实用新型在机座上设有工作台上表面设有多个输送辊，这样玻璃板放置在输送辊上进行输送，同时在机座的左、右两侧壁上分别设有条形槽，在条形槽内滑动安装有除尘架，在除尘架的前、后两支承杆上端分别设有刷毛辊和吸尘口，这样支承架自左向右移动，依次将电池板表面的灰尘清除，同时被后端的吸尘口将多余的灰尘吸走，同时除静电线能及时将静电排除。

所述除静电导线11连接在放置于地面上的抽风机10上。
