本实用新型涉及一种农机卡箍铸造装置,由上砂型、下砂型、组芯装置、中间芯、直浇道、横浇道、内浇道、斜边定位装置、紧固螺栓组成,其特征在于:下砂型放置在平整地面上,在下砂型上放置中间芯,组芯装置通过斜边定位装置与上下砂型连接,上砂型合箱后用紧固螺栓将组芯装置与上下砂型连接,直浇道从上往下贯穿整个装置每个组芯装置都有横浇道与内浇道和工件相通。浇注前将整个装置放置在烤炉中加热到450℃-500℃,然后进行浇注,充分保证铁水的流动性。组芯装置的个数根据烤炉体积大小决定,实现一次浇注完成几十件几百件产品。本实用新型具有结构简单,设计合理,省时省力,钢水利用率高、效率高,铸件表面质量好等优点。

技术背景
[0002]目前的农机卡箍由于自身体积小、质量轻,其铸造浇注过程钢水流动性受外界影响较大。该产品浇注温度在1560°C _1570°C之间,钢水应在最短时间内充满铸件型腔,当钢水浇注温度低于该温度容易产生铸造表面缺陷及内部的夹渣、气孔和缩松等现象。同时由于浇注系统压力不足使铸件钢水利用率降低,利用率一般为45%-50%,增加企业生产成本。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术不足,提供一种设计合理、操作简便、效率高、铸件质量好、钢水利用率高的农机卡箍铸造装置。
[0004] 本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种农机卡箍铸造装置,由上砂型、下砂型、组芯装置、中间芯、直浇道、横浇道、内浇道、斜边定位装置、紧固螺栓组成,其特征在于:下砂型放置在平整地面上,在下砂型上放置中间芯,组芯装置通过斜边定位装置与上下砂型连接,上砂型合箱后用紧固螺栓将组芯装置与下砂型连接,直浇道从上往下贯穿整个装置每个组芯装置都有横浇道与内浇道和工件相通。
[0005] 本实用新型由于采取上述结构,浇注前将整个装置放置在烤炉中加热到450°C -500°C,然后进行浇注。钢水在1560°C _1570°C之间浇注时,由于整个农机卡箍铸造装置已经预热到450°C -500°C,提高了钢水在整个装置内的流动性。同时直浇道从上往下贯穿整个装置每个组芯装置都有横浇道与内浇道和工件相通提高钢水在整个装置中的压力,可减少冒口同时使铸件得到充分补缩,将钢水利用率提高到90%-95%。组芯装置通过斜边定位装置与上下砂型连接,提高了铸件定位准确度。组芯装置的个数根据烤炉体积大小决定,实现一次浇注完成几十件几百件产品,提高生产率,降低企业成本及工人劳动强度。
