金属填料是以碳钢、不锈钢及组合金等材料制成的塔填料，金属填料具有壁薄、耐冷热、空隙率大、通量大，压降低、阻力小、分离效果好、寿命长等优点，虽说一次性投资稍大，但能充分发挥设备的潜在力，金属填料适用于真空精馏塔，处理过敏性、易分解、易紧合、易结碳的物料，金属填料广泛用于石化、化肥、化工、环保等行业的填料塔中，传统的金属填料一般都只是在圆环形的外圆面上，开出几个舌片，因此这样的结构虽然便于安装和加工，但是这样圆环形填料的分离效果有待提高；传统圆环形填料的舌叶为普通的圆弧形，填料的分离效果不够理想。

本实用新型的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题，提出一种人字形舌叶填料，能够使填料具有更好的分离效果。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提出了一种人字形舌叶填料，包括环体、窗孔、舌叶、卷边，所述环体的环身上设有若干窗孔，窗孔一侧连有舌叶，所述舌叶包括下舌叶和上舌叶，下舌叶一端与窗孔一侧相连，下舌叶另一端上部固定有上舌叶，下舌叶与上舌叶组成一个人字形结构，所述环体上下两端设有卷边。
作为优选，所述窗孔数量为3-8个，窗孔均匀分布在环身的中部。
作为优选，所述舌叶在环体的内部，下舌叶固定在各窗孔的同一侧，下舌叶和上舌叶均呈圆弧形。
作为优选，所述环体的连接处部分环体的环身相互重叠，环体的连接处部分卷边相互重叠。
