Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种楔入式封隔器。封隔器的上接头的底部或中心管的顶部固定或一体设置有套设在护套的外周上的缸套,缸套的内壁面与上接头的底面、中心管的外周面围成底部开口的用于容纳滑套的容纳环腔,容纳环腔的外圈腔壁遮蔽在滑套以外自滑套的顶面至胶筒的顶面的位置。这样在封隔器随管柱下放的过程中,滑套始终处于缸套、上接头和中心管所围成的容纳环腔中,并在容纳环腔的外圈腔壁的遮蔽作用下,即使在管柱和井筒之间的环空中出现砂卡现象,在从中心管打压后,滑套仍然可以在压力液的压动下下滑到位,使得滑套下滑过程中不会被砂桥卡住,也就保证了滑套能够楔入到胶筒内预定长度,以保证胶筒的涨开效果,保证封隔器在井筒内的座封稳定性。

背景技术
[0002] 地热资源作为绿色的清洁能源和可再生能源已普遍受到关注,我国地热资源开发利用正处于快速发展的时期。为了高效的利用地热资源,一般采用地热采水和尾水回灌技术。地热尾水回灌要求回灌水和地层配伍性好,如果回灌水和地层配伍性不好,容易发生化学反应生成沉淀,或者导致地层矿物粘土膨胀,造成地层伤害,堵塞地层空隙结构,导致注水压力上升,难以实现低压回灌,因此需要对地热采水井使用分层开采,但传统的封隔器内通径小,难以满足地热采水的大排量要求。
[0003] 中国专利文献CN 103075126 A (公布日为2013年5月I日)公开的“楔入式重复使用坐解封封隔器”,包括上接头及下接头,上接头下端外壁设有环形台肩,上接头下端内设有中心管上接头,上接头与中心管上接头通过解封销钉连接,中心管上接头下端内螺纹连接中心管,上接头外壁通过座封销钉连接有上外筒,上外筒上端内设有环形凸台,上外筒下端螺纹连接有插头,插头下端为锥面,插头上端面与上接头及中心管上接头下端面相触,插头套在中心管外壁,插头上端面对应的中心管开有进液孔,插头下方的中心管外壁套有胶筒,插头上端的锥部伸入到胶筒的上端内,胶筒内壁设弹性支撑体,弹性支撑体与胶筒浇注为一体,弹性支撑体下端螺纹连接下外筒,下外筒内螺纹连接下接头,中心管下端外螺纹连接下接头。但因上外筒和插头螺纹连接而成的滑套的外周面裸露在外,这样在封隔器和井筒之间出现砂卡现象时,整个滑套将被砂桥卡住而不能在压力液压动下的下滑到指定位置,也就使得胶筒的涨开程度不能满足要求,整个封隔器在井筒中的座封可靠性也就不能保证。

[0006] 楔入式封隔器,包括自上而下依次设置的上接头、中心管和下接头,中心管上套装有胶筒和滑套,胶筒的下端和中心管之间设有限位结构,滑套沿上下方向导向移动装配在中心管上,滑套的下端设有用于向下楔入胶筒中而将胶筒向外涨开的楔形插头,并在中心管的管壁上开设有供压力液流出而向下压动滑套的进液孔,上接头的底部或中心管的顶部固定或一体设置有套设在护套的外周上的缸套,缸套的内壁面与上接头的底面、中心管的外周面围成底部开口的用于容纳滑套的容纳环腔,容纳环腔的外圈腔壁遮蔽在滑套以外自滑套的顶面至胶筒的顶面的位置。

[0013] 本实用新型中封隔器的上接头的底部或中心管的顶部固定或一体设置有套设在护套的外周上的缸套,缸套的内壁面与上接头的底面、中心管的外周面围成底部开口的用于容纳滑套的容纳环腔,容纳环腔的外圈腔壁遮蔽在滑套以外自滑套的顶面至胶筒的顶面的位置。这样在封隔器随管柱下放的过程中,滑套始终处于缸套、上接头和中心管所围成的容纳环腔中,并在容纳环腔的外圈腔壁的遮蔽作用下,即使在管柱和井筒之间的环空中出现砂卡现象,在从中心管打压后,滑套仍然可以在压力液的压动下下滑到位,使得滑套下滑过程中不会被砂桥卡住,也就保证了滑套能够楔入到胶筒内预定长度,以保证胶筒的涨开效果,保证封隔器在井筒内的座封稳定性。

具体实施方式
[0015] 本实用新型中楔入式封隔器的实施例:如图1所示,该封隔器属于石油开采领域的井下工具,可应用在地热采水和尾水回灌技术。包括上接头1、中心管2、活塞3、锁环4、锁环座5、限位环6、胶筒7、限位环8、下接头9、座封销钉11和解封销钉12。上接头I与中心管2通过丝扣相连,上接头I的下端一体设有与中心管2间隔的套管状的活塞缸13,活塞缸13的底部螺纹连接有环形的座封环6,座封环6和活塞缸13形成间隔空套在中心管2的外围的缸套,缸套的内壁面与上接头I的底环端面、中心管2的外周面围成底部开口的容纳环腔。容纳环腔内沿上下方向导向移动装配有滑套,该滑套主要由活塞3和楔形插头5组成,活塞3的上端口设有由环形台肩形成的环形的座封止口,该座封止口的台阶壁面和中心管2的外周面围成环形的座封环腔,并在活塞3的内壁面和容纳环腔的内腔壁面之间及活塞3的外壁面和容纳环腔的外腔壁面之间均设有周面密封结构,两周面密封结构均是由活塞3的壁面上开设的密封槽及其内嵌装的环形密封圈组成;楔形插头5螺纹连接在活塞3的底部,楔形插头的底面为自内至外逐渐向上倾斜的动斜面,楔形插头5和座封环6通过径向延伸的座封剪钉11连接,座封剪钉11处于动斜面上方;楔形接头5的上端口上开设有环形的连接止口,连接止口的壁面和活塞的底面围成环形卡槽,该环形卡槽内装配有锁环4,锁环4的外圈挡止装配在环形卡槽中,锁环4的内周面从环形卡槽的内侧槽口露出,并在锁环4的内周面上设有自根部至牙尖向上倾斜的动锁牙。中心管2的管壁上开设有连通管腔和座封环腔的进液孔。胶筒7套装在中心管2的外周上于缸套下方的位置处,并在中心管2的外周上设有处于胶筒7之内的定锁部,定锁部设有与动锁牙配合的定锁牙,定锁牙自根部至牙尖向下倾斜;胶筒7的上环端面和内壁面通过环形的倒角切面过渡,该倒角切面在胶筒的上端口形成与动斜面配合的定斜面。限位环8套装在中心管2的外周上、并挡止在胶筒7的下端,限位环8与下接头9上下间隔布置,限位环8和中心管2通过沿径向延伸的解封剪钉12连接。下接头9与中心管2丝扣相连。
[0016] 座封时:中心管2中的压力液从进液孔10,进入活塞3上部的座封环腔,当液压达到一定的数值时(压力大小由设计决定),活塞3带动与其丝扣相连的楔形插头5向下方运动,剪断座封销钉11,楔形插头5插入胶筒7中,胶筒7向外涨开,与套筒紧密接触,从而密封了油套环空,与此同时,带有动锁牙的锁环4锁定在中心管2上对应的定锁牙上,完成自锁定。
[0017] 解封:上提油管,剪断解封销钉12,胶筒7在弹性钢和自身回复力的作用下恢复原状,实现解封。
[0018] 在上述实施例中,滑套上通过楔形插头和活塞之间压紧固定的锁环充当动锁部,中心管以其外周面作为定锁部,并分别在动锁部上设置动锁牙、在定锁部上设置定锁牙,在其他实施例中,锁环也可以设置在中心管上,而动锁牙对应的也可以直接布置在滑套的内壁面上。
[0019] 在上述实施例中,缸套的上部分一体设置在上接头上,下部分的座封环固连在上部分上,在其他实施例中,缸套也可以通过螺纹连接、焊接等方式固定在上接头或中心管上。
Claims (7)
1.楔入式封隔器,包括自上而下依次设置的上接头、中心管和下接头,中心管上套装有胶筒和滑套,胶筒的下端和中心管之间设有限位结构,滑套沿上下方向导向移动装配在中心管上,滑套的下端设有用于向下楔入胶筒中而将胶筒向外涨开的楔形插头,并在中心管的管壁上开设有供压力液流出而向下压动滑套的进液孔,其特征在于,上接头的底部或中心管的顶部固定或一体设置有套设在护套的外周上的缸套,缸套的内壁面与上接头的底面、中心管的外周面围成底部开口的用于容纳滑套的容纳环腔,容纳环腔的外圈腔壁遮蔽在滑套以外自滑套的顶面至胶筒的顶面的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的楔入式封隔器,其特征在于,滑套和缸套通过径向延伸的座封剪钉连接,座封剪钉穿装在缸套上开设的径向穿孔中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的楔入式封隔器,其特征在于,滑套包括沿上下方向导向移动装配在容纳环腔中的环形的活塞,活塞的内壁面和容纳环腔的内腔壁面之间及活塞的外壁面和容纳环腔的外腔壁面之间均设有周面密封结构,所述楔形插头固连或一体设置在活塞的底部。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的楔入式封隔器,其特征在于,滑套的内壁上设有动锁部,中心管的外周上设有处于胶筒之内的定锁部,动锁部和/或定锁部上设有用于在动锁部移动至定锁部外周时相互咬合锁止的锁牙。
5.根据权利要求4所述的楔入式封隔器,其特征在于,动锁部为环形的锁环,锁环装配在滑套的内壁面上开设的环形卡槽中,锁环的内壁面从环形卡槽的内侧槽口露出。
6.根据权利要求4所述的楔入式封隔器,其特征在于,动、定锁部上均设有锁牙,且动锁部上的锁牙自根部至牙尖向上倾斜,定锁部上的锁牙自根部至牙尖向下倾斜。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的楔入式封隔器,其特征在于,限位结构包括挡止在胶筒的下端的限位环,限位环套装在中心管的外周上、并与下接头上下间隔布置,限位环和中心管通过沿径向延伸的解封剪钉连接。
