背景技术
冲压模具，是在冷冲压加工中，将材料加工成零件的一种特殊工艺装备，称为冷冲压模具，冲压，是在室温下，利用安装在压力机上的模具对材料施加压力，使其产生分离或塑性变形。现有的转塔冲床在对加工薄板进行加工时，加工薄板从工作台上往下模转塔盘上输送，在输送过程中，加工薄板的边角容易碰到模位支架，导致加工薄板发生变形卷曲，从而造成加工薄板的报废，造成资源浪费。
实用新型内容
针对上述缺陷，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单，能够有效防止加工薄板在移动过程中发生碰撞变形，避免造成加工薄板报废的新型防撞下模模具装置。
为此本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：
包括下转塔盘，所述下转塔盘的上端面安装有若干支撑块，所述若干支撑块位于下模模具所在圆周线的外侧，所述若干支撑块的上端面设有圆形模具压板用于压制下模模具，所述圆形模具压板的圆周面与上端面之间设有倒角。
进一步，所述圆形模具压板的上端面上设有沉头通孔，所述圆形模具压板通过螺钉穿过沉头通孔与支撑块连接。
进一步，所述圆形模具压板的上端面上设有若干与下模模具相配合的通孔。
