Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种三腔导尿管封堵器，包括中心设有通孔的圆柱体形的封堵器本体，该封堵器本体的一端设有锥形连接部，该封堵器本体的另一端设有可拆卸的橡胶材质的封堵塞以将该封堵器本体内的通孔的一端堵塞。该三腔导尿管封堵器的一端为防滑设计，可拆卸插置于三腔导尿管的一个腔口内，在无需进行膀胱冲洗时可以将该腔口进行无泄漏封堵，另一端与普通输液器匹配，并设有橡胶封堵塞，又能在膀胱冲洗时插入针头进行膀胱冲洗或取下进行膀胱冲洗，且无漏尿现象，不仅使用方便，减少了护士的工作量，而且耗材少，减轻患者负担。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医疗用品，具体的说是涉及一种三腔导尿管封堵器。
背景技术
膀胱冲洗是利用导尿管将冲洗溶液灌注到膀胱内，再利用虹吸原理将灌入的冲洗溶液引流出来的治疗方式，膀胱冲洗可以清除膀胱内的血块、异物等，起到止血和预防尿管堵塞的作用，保证引流通畅，避免继发出血及膀胱痉挛，促进切口愈合，减轻患者的痛疼和刺激，防止感染，有利于膀胱功能的恢复。
在膀胱冲洗治疗中，医护人员一般使用三腔导尿管进行冲洗，三腔导尿管一端设有球囊和排尿口，另一端设有三个腔口，其中一个腔口接气囊以使球囊膨起，以便留置导尿时固定导尿管，其中另一个腔口接引流袋，引流尿液，第三个腔口用于接入膀胱冲洗液进行膀胱冲洗。在膀胱冲洗时，由于输液器与三腔导尿管接入口连接不匹配，需要使用玻璃接管连接，且玻璃接管需灭菌处理。在冲洗结束后，三腔导尿管接入口又无匹配的封堵材料，通常使用一次性集尿袋连接，不仅操作过程相对繁琐，增加护士的工作量，增加患者的医用材料消耗，而且在膀胱冲洗时容易发生漏尿，导致污染及尿路逆行感染。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷，本实用新型提供了一种三腔导尿管封堵器，用于三腔导尿管膀胱冲洗后腔口的堵塞。
本实用新型为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种三腔导尿管封堵器，包括中心设有通孔的圆柱体形的封堵器本体，该封堵器本体的一端设有锥形连接部，该封堵器本体的另一端设有可拆卸的橡胶材质的封堵塞以将该封堵器本体内的通孔的一端堵塞。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述锥形连接部的外侧面上设有若干环状的防滑纹。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，在所述锥形连接部外还设有一帽盖。
本实用新型的有益效果是：该三腔导尿管封堵器的一端为防滑设计，可拆卸插置于三腔导尿管的一个腔口内，在无需进行膀胱冲洗时可以将该腔口进行无泄漏封堵，另一端与普通输液器匹配，并设有橡胶封堵塞，又能在膀胱冲洗时插入针头进行膀胱冲洗或取下进行膀胱冲洗，且无漏尿现象，不仅使用方便，减少了护士的工作量，而且耗材少，减轻患者负担。

如图1，一种三腔导尿管封堵器，包括中心设有通孔的圆柱体形的封堵器本体1，该封堵器本体的一端设有锥形连接部2，该封堵器本体的另一端设有可拆卸的橡胶材质的封堵塞3以将该封堵器本体内的通孔的一端堵塞。其中，所述锥形连接部的外侧面上设有若干环状的防滑纹21，所述锥形连接部外还设有一帽盖22。
在使用时，将该三腔导尿管封堵器的锥形连接部插入至三腔导尿管的其中一个腔口内固定即可，如果不需要膀胱冲洗，三腔导尿管可以作为双腔导尿管使用，不需要另接一个导管导入引流袋，或采用集尿袋进行收集尿液。如果在对患者进行过前列腺手术或膀胱、尿道手术，以及泌尿道感染需要进行膀胱冲洗时，如果需要膀胱冲洗液用量较大，可以将封堵塞取下连接至膀胱冲洗液进行膀胱冲洗，如果需要膀胱冲洗液用量较小，封堵塞则不用取下，通过针尖扎入封堵塞即可实现膀胱冲洗。由此可见，该三腔导尿管封堵器结构简单，使用方便，大大减少医护人员的工作量，减轻病人的痛苦，减少医用耗材，且不会产生漏尿造成的污染及逆行感染。

1.一种三腔导尿管封堵器，其特征在于：包括中心设有通孔的圆柱体形的封堵器本体(1)，该封堵器本体的一端设有锥形连接部(2)，该封堵器本体的另一端设有可拆卸的橡胶材质的封堵塞(3)以将该封堵器本体内的通孔的一端堵塞。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三腔导尿管封堵器，其特征在于：所述锥形连接部的外侧面上设有若干环状的防滑纹(21)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三腔导尿管封堵器，其特征在于：在所述锥形连接部外还设有一帽盖(22)。
