Abstract

背景技术
[0002] 在垃圾渗透液中含有大量氨氮物质需要去除,常用工艺水是通过好氧、缺氧、厌氧工艺去除。垃圾渗透液处理的一般工艺流程是预处理来水一厌氧池一缺氧池一好氧池一沉淀一深度处理。
[0003] 预处理的垃圾渗透液通过厌氧系统去除大部分的C0D,同时将一些不容易被活性菌分解的COD水解为可分解B0D,再经缺氧池进行反硝化去除污水中氨氮和磷,好氧池通过好氧活性污泥等生物去除水中大部分B0D,同时也降低了 C0D,好氧池中同时产生大量的硝化菌,与液体中氨氮反应,形成硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐,通过回流到缺氧池进行反硝化作用去除液体中的氨氮。好氧池中的硝化菌在与氨氮反应过程,会有消耗,从而影响渗滤液的处理效果O

[0005] 本实用新型的技术解决方案是:硝化菌富集培养器,为一个容器,在容器的中部设置水箱,在水箱中间挂填生物培养棉,在水箱下部设有曝气盘,曝气盘上设有曝气头,曝气盘与进气管连通。

[0007] 进一步地,在所述水箱内安装pH计和加碱装置。

[0010] 硝化菌富集培养器在初期投入水箱溶液15%的硝化菌种,进入少量厌氧池来水,持续曝气,经过大约十到十五天左右培养驯化,通过检测出现大量合格硝化菌种,开始连续小量补水,通过溢流口流向好氧池,补充好氧池硝化菌,以达到去除水中氨氮的效果。

[0015] 硝化菌富集培养器,用一个2M3的容器(可以根据系统大小设计不同大小硝化菌培养装置),容器的中部设置水箱7,在水箱7中间挂填生物培养棉5,在水箱7的下部、容器的底部均匀布置3个曝气头6,曝气头与进气管4连通;在容器上部设有来水管1、来泥管2,来水管1、来泥管2设置到容器底部;在容器上部设有加碱口 10 ;在容器上部设有硝化菌出水口 3。
[0016] 在箱底曝气使箱内泥水混合液溶解氧维持在2_5mg/L之间;在进气管4上加装加温器8使温度保证在25-35°C之间;箱内安装pH计,使其混合液pH保持在7.2-8.5之间,创造一种适合硝化菌生长的环境,专门培养硝化菌。

4.根据权利要求1所述的硝化菌富集培养器,其特征是在容器上部设有来水管(1)、来泥管(2 );来水管(I)、来泥管(2 )出口设置到容器底部。
