背景技术：
目前随着医疗技术水平的不断进步，提高了肿瘤患者的生存时间，但是在某些疾病的患者生存质量上如何提高，如肠道肿瘤、尿路肿瘤或其他原因造成的排便形态改变的患者，也就是通常我们所说的人工造口，分为人工肛门，人造尿路口，由于手术的复杂性，此类患者体质虚弱，极易形成造口疝，同时造口护理的专业性较强，造口产品成本相对较高，患者因为年龄、文化程度、生活自理能力参差不齐，如果不能有效护理造口，会导致患者产生自卑感以及孤独感，同时也增加患者的经济负担，对家庭以及社会产生一定的负面影响。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种丁字形造口底盘固定带，该固定带使用方便，对造口底盘没有特殊要求，能有效预防造口疝发生，对造口护理专业知识要求不高，不限制患者日常生活姿势，且能根据患者腰围调节大小。
本实用新型的技术方案为：
丁字形造口底盘固定带，包括松紧带、尼龙搭扣绒面、底盘孔、丁字带、纽扣、带体、扣眼、尼龙搭扣勾面，其特征在于：带体中间缝有松紧带，带体的右侧缝有尼龙搭扣绒面，带体左侧的背面缝有与尼龙搭扣绒面相对应的尼龙搭扣勾面，带体左侧中间开有底盘孔，带体左端下部和右端靠近尼龙搭扣绒面处有纽扣，丁字带两端开有扣眼，通过带体右端靠近尼龙搭扣绒面处有纽扣固定在带体上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图一进一步说明本实用新型的实施方式
丁字形造口底盘固定带，带体6中间缝有松紧带1，带体6的右侧缝有尼龙搭扣绒面2，带体6左侧的背面缝有与尼龙搭扣绒面2相对应的尼龙搭扣勾面8，带体6左侧中间开有底盘孔3，带体6左端下部和右端靠近尼龙搭扣绒面2处有纽扣5，丁字带4两端开有扣眼7，通过带体6右端靠近尼龙搭扣绒面2处有纽扣5固定在带体6上。
使用时，患者可先将丁字带4一端固定在带体6上，沿腰部将造口袋从底盘孔3中拿出，将固定带调整舒适为止，一只手固定尼龙搭扣绒面2，另一只手从背后将尼龙搭扣勾面8接住，扣好尼龙搭扣。调节合适后，将丁字带4另一端扣在前面的纽扣5上即可。

1.丁字形造口底盘固定带，包括松紧带（1）、尼龙搭扣绒面（2）、底盘孔（3）、纽扣（5）、带体（6）、扣眼（7）和尼龙搭扣勾面（8），其特征在于：带体（6）中间缝有松紧带（1），带体（6）的右侧缝有尼龙搭扣绒面（2），带体（6）左侧的背面缝有与尼龙搭扣绒面（2）相对应的尼龙搭扣勾面（8），带体（6）左侧中间开有底盘孔（3），带体（6）左端下部和右端靠近尼龙搭扣绒面（2）处有纽扣（5），丁字带（4）两端开有扣眼（7），通过带体（6）右端靠近尼龙搭扣绒面（2）处有纽扣（5）固定在带体（6）上。
