技术领域
本实用新型属于照明设备技术领域,涉及全角度调节的万向灯。
背景技术
万向灯,是以LED作为光源的一种照明工具,是LED灯系列当中一种可以依据需求来全角度调整照射范围的灯具。多适用于室内环境,防尘设计,应用于舞台照明、家庭照明、公司、办公室照明、高档会所照明、商场、展示厅、展柜、橱柜、博物馆等场合。万向灯所占的空间、散热功能,尤其是光源照射角度都是在生产、安装过程中需要特别注意的问题。目前,市场上的万向灯,多为象鼻灯这类的产品,灯体所占空间较大,旋转是通过在灯体外部安装一个辅助旋转的设备,灯体与外部旋转辅助设备是分离的,这使得旋转十分不便,并且旋转角度也是有限的。由于灯体外部又附着辅助旋转的装置,散热性能就相对减弱。这使得灯具安装时,不仅占用空间较大,照射角度也十分有限,对全方位的照射要求很难实现。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有万向灯的不足,提供一种结构设计巧妙、体积小、使用方便、散热性好和调节角度广的全角度调节的万向灯。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了以下技术方案:
全角度调节的万向灯,其特征是:包括外壳、光源固定座、电源、反光杯、面板、面板盖、调节装置和光源,光源通过压片固定安装在光源固定座正上方;所述的面板盖、面板、反光杯、光源固定座和调节装置依次由外至内与外壳连接安装。
以上所述的调节装置包括轴管、限位螺钉、旋转底座、调整球面和旋转衬套;所述的旋转底座、调整球面和旋转衬套依次连接配合安装在一起,限位螺钉穿过旋转底座与光源固定座背部连接,限位螺钉为空心限位螺钉,轴管设在限位螺钉孔位内。
以上所述的调整球面上设有透气孔,调整球面的外缘设有安装固定槽,安装固定槽与外壳连接安装。
以上所述的面板与面板盖之间设有密封圈。
以上所述的轴管为玻璃纤维管。
以上所述的外壳、调整球面、光源固定座和面板盖为铝合金材料制成。
以上述的反光杯为铝型材反光杯。
以上所述的面板为玻璃面板。
本实用新型的有益效果:
光源固定座与调整球面以半圆形式配合,通过轴管、限位螺帽和旋转底座来实现光源的全角度旋转照射,大大减少了灯具体积,外观更加美观、简洁,并且方便运输与安装;同时外壳、调整球面、光源固定座和面板盖采用ACD12材质制造,从而使得整个灯具的整体散热性能更好,也使得灯具的寿命更长。调整球面表面均匀设有透气孔,增大了散热面积,能够更好的实现灯体热度的快速散失,较好的保护了灯具。本实用新型的结构设计巧妙、体积小、使用方便、散热性好和调节角度广的优点,本实用新型的广泛适用于调节光源角度使用。

下面参照附图,对本实用新型的具体实施方式进一步的详细描述。
实施例1:
如图1、2、3、4所示,全角度调节的万向灯,包括外壳1、光源固定座7、电源11、反光杯、面板8、面板盖10、调节装置和光源,外壳1、光源固定座7和面板盖10为铝合金材料制成,面板8为玻璃面板,反光杯为铝型材反光杯。光源通过压片固定安装在光源固定座7正上方,面板盖10、面板8、反光杯、光源固定座7和调节装置依次由外至内与外壳1连接安装,面板8与面板盖10之间设有密封圈9。调节装置包括轴管2、限位螺钉3、旋转底座4、调整球面5和旋转衬套6,调整球面5为铝合金材料制成,轴管2为玻璃纤维管,旋转底座4、调整球面5和旋转衬套6依次连接配合安装在一起,限位螺钉3穿过旋转底座4与光源固定座7背部连接,限位螺钉3为空心限位螺钉,轴管2设在限位螺钉3孔位内。调整球面5上设有透气孔51,调整球面5的外缘设有安装固定槽50,安装固定槽50与外壳1连接安装。

1.全角度调节的万向灯,其特征是:包括外壳(1)、光源固定座(7)、电源(11)、反光杯、面板(8)、面板盖(10)、调节装置和光源,光源通过压片固定安装在光源固定座(7)正上方;所述的面板盖(10)、面板(8)、反光杯、光源固定座(7)和调节装置依次由外至内与外壳(1)连接安装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全角度调节的万向灯,其特征是:所述的调节装置包括轴管(2)、限位螺钉(3)、旋转底座(4)、调整球面(5)和旋转衬套(6);所述的旋转底座(4)、调整球面(5)和旋转衬套(6)依次连接配合安装在一起,限位螺钉(3)穿过旋转底座(4)与光源固定座(7)背部连接,限位螺钉(3)为空心限位螺钉,轴管(2)设在限位螺钉(3)孔位内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的全角度调节的万向灯,其特征是:所述的调整球面(5)上设有透气孔(51),调整球面(5)的外缘设有安装固定槽(50),安装固定槽(50)与外壳(1)连接安装。
4.根据权利要求1所述的全角度调节的万向灯,其特征是:所述的面板(8)与面板盖(10)之间设有密封圈(9)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的全角度调节的万向灯,其特征是:所述的轴管(2)为玻璃纤维管。
6.根据权利要求1所述的全角度调节的万向灯,其特征是:所述的外壳(1)、光源固定座(7)和面板盖(10)为铝合金材料制成。
7.根据权利要求2或3所述的全角度调节的万向灯,其特征是:所述的调整球面(5)为铝合金材料制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的全角度调节的万向灯,其特征是:所述的反光杯为铝型材反光杯。
9.根据权利要求1所述的全角度调节的万向灯,其特征是:所述的面板(8)为玻璃面板。
