本实用新型提供的纤维增强树脂粘结桥,是一种使用表面粘结桥技术进行缺失牙修复的微创治疗方式,采用FRC(FiberReinforcedComposites)复合树脂增强纤维材料为支架1,使用瓷化树脂(聚合瓷)或者纳米复合树脂材料作为修复体2,修复体2采用树脂粘接剂与牙釉质进行表面粘结。纤维增强树脂粘结桥具有微创,动态,可逆的特点,是前牙单颗缺失理想的固定修复方案,同时还可以应用于间隙狭窄的后牙缺失的固定修复等。
本实用新型提供的纤维增强树脂粘结桥,适应症状有以下几种:
1、前牙和两颗以下缺失,是本实用新型的首选适应症;2、前牙缺失伴邻牙松动;3、后牙缺失,但牙间隙狭窄,不适合种植修复;4、后牙缺失,邻牙有龋坏,可采用嵌体桥修复;5、残根的修复;6、青少年缺牙的固定修复;7、牙周病人的缺牙修复;8、糖尿病,高血压,心血管病人缺牙的固定修复;9、种植愈合期的临时性修复;10、拒绝种植手术,拒绝磨牙的患者。

2.如权利要求1所述的纤维增强树脂粘结桥,其特征在于:所述修复体采用瓷化树脂制作而成,所述瓷化树脂选用聚合瓷。
3.如权利要求1所述的纤维增强树脂粘结桥,其特征在于:所述修复体采用复合树脂材料制作而成。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的纤维增强树脂粘结桥,其特征在于:所述修复体采用树脂粘接剂与牙釉质进行表面粘结。
