[0002] 在科学技术迅猛发展的当代,非金属矿超微细粉体在各个领域的应用越来越广泛。尤其吸油量低、粒径分布窄的非金属矿超微细粉体需求量越来越大。目前用来加工这种粉体的设备,有立式环辊磨粉机、气流磨、立式磨粉机。立式环辊磨粉机最适用于粉磨方解石超微细粉,当粉磨二氧化硅含量低的滑石、白云石、绿泥石等其他耐磨原料时,设备磨损很大,换件频繁费用高。而立式磨粉机、气流磨粉磨出的粉体,须经二次分级去掉过细、过粗的粉体后,才能得到粒度分布窄的产品,这样不仅造成生产成本增加,也造成原料利用率降低。

[0032] 本实施例,是一种非金属矿卧式环辊微粉机的具体结构形式,如图1所示,包括卧式环辊磨粉装置1、粉体分离控制装置II和成品收集装置III。
[0033] 如图2所示,中心轴7通过两侧的轴承座4固定在机座2上,轴承座4内设有轴承25,中心轴7可绕轴线转动;中心轴7 —端设有大皮带轮3,与驱动装置如电机之间通过皮带传动。中心轴7的中部套装有数个支撑盘9,靠近进料口 20 —侧的中心轴7上设拨料盘17,靠近出粉口 11 一侧的中心轴7上设排粉风扇8,其两端均通过锁紧螺母6固定,锁紧螺母6又通过锁紧块5固定,锁紧块5 —端与锁紧螺母6通过螺栓固定,另一端插入中心轴7的槽口中,可防止锁紧螺母6松动。
[0034] 支撑盘9与中心轴7之间通过键一 12连接传动,如图3a及图3b所示,支撑盘9沿周向设有多个向外伸出的支撑臂,多个支撑盘9之间设有通长的磨辊轴14,磨辊轴14与支撑盘9之间设耐磨套10,耐磨套10与支撑盘9之间通过键二 15连接,端部通过耐磨盘螺母16锁紧固定。每个磨辊轴14上设有多个磨辊13,磨辊13套装在各支撑盘9之间的磨辊轴14上,并可绕磨辊轴14转动。图3a所示为8辊磨粉装置,即转动机构的同一横截面上设有8个磨辊13,图3b所示为6辊磨粉装置,即转动机构的同一横截面上设有6个磨辊13,
[0035] 位于中心轴锁紧螺母6之间的转动机构外侧设箱体,箱体分为上箱体18和下箱体1,下箱体I两侧设检查口,上箱体18固定在下箱体I上,下箱体I固定在机座2上。靠近排粉风扇8 一端的下箱体I装有止动块29,磨环27同一端面带有止动槽,止动块29嵌入磨环27的止动槽内对磨环27进行固定。磨环27与箱体之间设有减震板28,磨辊13的外圆与磨环27内圆半圆型辊道形成研磨室。上箱体18和下箱体I的隔层中设有吸音材料21,如岩棉或珍珠岩等。
[0036] 如图4所示,本实施例中的粉体分离控制装置II,包括卧式分析机30、方圆分析机座31、进风调节器32、分离缶34、回料阀36、回料管37和排渣控制阀38,卧式分析机30下端与方圆分析机座31方口连接,方圆分析机座31圆口与进风调节器32上端连接,用于调节二次进风量的进风调节器32下端与分离缶34上端连接,分离缶34上设观察门,下端设有进粉口 39和回料口 35,进粉口 39与上箱体18上的出粉口 11连接,回料口 35与回料控制阀36上端连接,回料控制阀36下端与回料管37上端连接,回料管37下端与上箱体18上的回料口 19连接,排渣控制阀38上端固定在回料管37上。
[0037] 如图5所示,是本实施例的成品收集装置III,包括排粉风机41、成品收集器42、成品卸料阀40和袋式脉冲除尘器43。排粉风机41入口与卧式分析机30出粉口连接,出口与成品收集器42入口连接,成品收集器42下端与成品卸料阀40连接,上端与袋式脉冲除尘器43连接。
[0038] 工作时,驱动装置通过大皮带轮3带动中心轴7转动,中心轴7带动拨料盘17、支撑盘9和排粉风扇8转动,支撑盘9带动磨辊13转动,磨辊13外圆与磨环27内圆半圆型辊道形成研磨室。非金属原料从进料口 20进入后,被拨料盘17均匀的分散,在排粉风机8负压风的作用下从支撑盘9的缺口处进入由磨辊13、磨环27组成的研磨室进行研磨。研磨后的粉体被排粉风扇8从出粉口 11排出,经分离缶34上的进粉口 39进入分离缶34中。进入分离缶34中的粉体,在排粉风机41的负压作用下继续上升,经进风调节器32吹散后在卧式分析机30的控制下,达到粒度要求的粉体被排粉风机41排到成品收集器42中收集,由成品卸料阀40排出。达不到粒度要求的粉体落到分离缶34的底部,由回料控制阀36控制经回料管37、永磁除铁器22回到研磨室重新研磨。原料与回料中的金属碎末,经过永磁除铁器22时被吸附除掉。成品收集器42上口与袋式脉冲除尘器43连接,带有少量细粉的余风,经袋式脉冲除尘器43过滤净化后排出。原料中的杂质由排渣阀38排出。
[0039] 本实用新型经实际使用,与立式环辊磨粉机相比,结构简单紧凑,运转时阻力小、机件磨损小,可节电20%、节省换件维修费用60% ;除可粉磨方解石超微细粉外,特别适用于含硅量较低的滑石、白云石、绿泥石等难磨物料的超微细粉加工,粉体粒度分布窄达到一次出粉合格。
Claims (7)
1.一种非金属矿卧式环辊微粉机,其特征在于,包括依次相连的卧式环辊磨粉装置、粉体分离控制装置和成品收集装置,所述卧式环辊磨粉装置中水平设置中心轴,可在驱动装置驱动下转动;中心轴沿轴向设置多个支撑盘,支撑盘周向设有多个水平安装的磨辊轴,相邻2个支撑盘之间的磨辊轴上设磨辊,磨辊可绕磨辊轴转动;磨辊外侧设磨环,磨环固定在箱体中,磨辊与磨环之间的弧形辊道形成研磨室;箱体上设有出粉口、进料口和回料口,出粉口 一侧的中心轴上设排粉风扇,进料口两侧的箱体上设进风口,同侧的中心轴上设拨料盘;所述粉体分离控制装置包括卧式分析机、分离缶和进风调节器,成品收集装置包括排粉风机、成品收集器和袋式脉冲除尘器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种非金属矿卧式环辊微粉机,其特征在于,所述磨辊轴与支撑盘之间设耐磨套,周向通过键一固定,轴向由耐磨盘螺母锁紧固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种非金属矿卧式环辊微粉机,其特征在于,所述磨环一端设止动槽,箱体对应一侧设止动块嵌入止动槽内锁紧固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种非金属矿卧式环辊微粉机,其特征在于,所述箱体与磨环之间设减震板,箱体两侧设有耐磨护板;箱体设隔层,隔层内设吸音材料;箱体分为上箱体和下箱体,下箱体两侧设观察口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种非金属矿卧式环辊微粉机,其特征在于,所述进料口内设有永磁除铁器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种非金属矿卧式环辊微粉机,其特征在于,所述粉体分离控制装置包括卧式分析机、方圆分析机座、进风调节器、分离缶、回料阀和回料管,所述卧式分析机下端与方圆分析机座的方口连接,方圆分析机座的圆口与进风调节器连接,进风调节器下方设分离缶,分离缶的进粉口与卧式环辊磨粉装置的出粉口相连;分离缶下部的回料口通过回料阀与回料管连接,回料管连接卧式环辊磨粉装置进料口的侧面,回料管上设有排渣控制器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种非金属矿卧式环辊微粉机,其特征在于,所述成品收集装置包括通过风管依次连接的排粉风机、成品收集器和袋式脉冲除尘器,排粉风机一侧的风管连接粉体分离控制装置中卧式分析机的出粉口,成品收集器上部与袋式脉冲除尘器连接,下部设有成品卸料阀。
