[0003] 现有技术的静力水准仪采用电容式、电感式的传感器测量水位变化,仪器安装需精确平整,对使用环境要求很高,且该水准仪容易受到大气、场地的影响,观测精度难以保证。
实用新型内容
[0004] 本实用新型为解决现有技术的静力水准仪对使用环境要求高且观测精准度难以保证的缺陷,提供一种静力水准仪。
[0005] 本实用新型是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题:
[0006] —种静力水准仪,其包括本体,该本体设有测压腔与电气腔,位于大气侧的该测压腔的两个侧壁分别设有进水口和出水口,其特点在于,该静力水准仪还包括:
[0007] 压力传感器,设置于该电气腔内,且该压力传感器用于测量该测压腔内的压力;
[0008] 放大电路模块,设置于该电气腔内,且该放大电路模块可拆卸地连接于该本体,该放大电路模块与该压力传感器电连接;
[0009] 密封模块,设置于该本体上,且该密封模块用于密封该测压腔的开口。
[0010] 在本方案中,测压腔和电气腔均为设有开口的腔室,且该开口位于大气测,即该开口使测压腔和电气腔两个腔室内的压强与大气的压强相同。通过密封模块将测压腔的开口密封。压力传感器测得测压腔的压力经过放大电路放大后,相较于现有技术的静力水准仪,本实用新型所得到的测量数据更便于后期处理及观察。另外,放大电路模块通过垫圈进行高度定位,并通过螺钉固定在本体上,通过垫圈及螺钉使放大电路模块的边缘与电气腔的侧壁留有间隙,避免了仪器晃动引起的放大电路模块与电气腔侧面的碰撞和摩擦。
[0011] 较佳地,该压力传感器套设有第一 O型密封圈,且该第一 O型密封圈位于该电气腔的侧壁与该压力传感器的外壁面之间。
[0012] 第一 O型密封圈不仅起到密封效果,还用于保护压力传感器。由于静力水准仪使用场合的原因,不可避免会造成静力水准仪的晃动,使压力传感器与电气腔侧壁有摩擦进而损坏压力传感器,而第一 O型密封圈可以减少或避免压力传感器与电气腔侧壁的摩擦。
[0013] 较佳地,该密封模块包括盖板、硅胶垫片和压板,该测压腔的开口处开设有容置槽,该硅胶垫片和该盖板依次设置于该容置槽内并用于密封该测压腔的开口,且该盖板压设于该压板与该硅胶垫片之间,该压板可拆卸地连接于该本体。压板通过内六角螺钉紧密压设于本体上,起到了固定盖板的作用,进一步保证了测压腔的密封性。压板采用航空级7075铝材制成,质量轻且耐候性好。
[0014] 较佳地,该盖板的材质为有机玻璃,该压板的材质为铝材。有机玻璃具有较好的化学稳定性、力学性能和耐候性,故用有机玻璃制作盖板使得静力水准仪使用寿命更长。且有机玻璃还具有较好的透明性,透过盖板,作业人员可以观察测压腔内的测量液体中是否有气泡,即是否有多余空气。
[0015] 较佳地,该静力水准仪还包括防水四芯插件,该防水四芯插件与该放大电路模块电连接并可拆卸地连接于本体。通过防水四芯插件,作业人员可以随用随插,很方便就可以将各台静力水准仪的压力变化数值通过RS485数据线传输到计算机进行实时分析计算。
[0016] 较佳地,该静力水准仪还包括排气针阀,该排气针阀设置于位于大气侧的测压腔的侧壁并用于排除测压腔内的气体。透过有机玻璃盖板观测到测压腔内有空气,需及时通过排气针阀排除测压腔内的空气,以免影响测量的精度。
[0017] 较佳地,该静力水准仪还包括后盖,该后盖可拆卸地连接于本体并用于密封该电气腔的开口。
[0018] 较佳地,该电气腔的开口处设有卡槽,该卡槽内设有第二 O型密封圈,且该第二 O型密封圈压设于该后盖的端面与该卡槽之间。
[0019] 通过后盖和第二 O型密封圈的设置,有效保障了电气腔的密封,避免灰尘、水进入电气腔,造成放大电路模块及压力传感器的腐蚀,影响静力水准仪的精度和使用寿命。
[0020] 较佳地,该压力传感器为扩散硅芯体压力传感器。进口高精度的扩散硅芯体压力传感器有效地提高了测量精度。
[0021] 较佳地,位于大气侧的该电气腔的两个侧壁均设有大气串接口。大气串接口用于电气腔的通风,使电气腔与大气的压强保持一致。
[0022] 本实用新型的积极进步效果在于:本实用新型的静力水准仪采用扩散硅芯体压力传感器将测量精度提高至0.05% FS左右;防水四芯插件的设置使各台静力水准仪的信号采集接口实现了快插式软管连接,使安装简洁、方便;有机玻璃盖板及压板有效地对测压腔进行了密封,作业人员还可通过有机玻璃盖板观测测压腔内的液体,若发现测压腔内有多余的气体,可通过排气阀及时排除空气,减小了测量误差,进一步提高了静力水准仪的测量精度。本实用新型质量轻、体积小,表面经阳极化处理后耐候性好。

具体实施方式

[0050] 图1-2示出了一种静力水准仪,其包括本体1,该本体I设有测压腔2与电气腔3,测压腔2和电气腔3均为设有开口的腔室,且该开口位于大气测,即该开口使测压腔2和电气腔3两个腔室内的压强与大气的压强相同。位于大气侧的该测压腔2的两个侧壁分别设有进水口 21和出水口 22,该静力水准仪还包括:压力传感器4、放大电路模块6、密封模块、排气针阀13、后盖14。
[0051] 压力传感器4用于测量测压腔2内的压力,设置于电气腔3内,压力传感器4套设有第一 O型密封圈5,且第一 O型密封圈5位于电气腔3的侧壁与压力传感器4的外壁面之间。压力传感器4为扩散娃芯体压力传感器。
[0052] 放大电路模块6与压力传感器4电连接,设置于电气腔3内,且该放大电路模块6通过垫圈7进行高度定位,并通过十字槽盘头螺钉8可拆卸地连接于该本体I。

[0055] 后盖14用于密封电气腔3的开口且可拆卸地连接于本体1,电气腔3的开口处设有卡槽,卡槽内设有第二 O型密封圈15,且第二 O型密封圈15压设于后盖14的端面与卡槽之间。
[0056] 本实施例中,位于大气测的电气腔3的两个侧壁设有大气串接口 31,用于电气腔3的通风,使电气腔3与大气的压强保持一致。

[0059] 实施例2与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于静力水准仪还包括防水四芯插件16,如图3-4所示,该防水四芯插件16与放大电路模块6电连接并可拆卸地连接于本体I。
[0060] 使用静力水准仪进行测量地面沉降,至少需要2台静力水准仪,以一台为基准,另一台测量测量点的地面变化。本实施例测量2个测点的地面升降情况,故采用3台静力水准仪,如图5所示,先选择一个基准点设置一台静力水准仪,再在需要测量的点分别设置I台静力水准仪,将三台静力水准仪的进水口 21和出水口 22通过依次连接,并将第一台静力水准仪的进水口连接到储液容器17。所谓的进水口 21和出水口 22只是相对而言,选择经静力水准仪的一个为进水口 21,那么另一个就为出水口 22。打开储液容器17的开关阀,液体从第一台静力水准仪的测压腔2的进水口 21流入,直至将测压腔2灌满,溢出测压腔2的液体通过出水口 22流入第二台静力水准仪的进水口 21,同样将第三台静力水准仪的测压腔2灌满水,需要说明的是最后一台静力水准仪的出水口 22是密封的,所以本实施例中,第三台的静力水准仪的出水口 22是密封的。通过这样的灌液体方式可以排除各个静力水准仪测压腔2内的空气。三台静力水准仪的大气串接口 31同样通过气管18依次连接,使三台静力水准仪的电气腔3中的大气压强保持一致。将RS485数据线19插入静力水准仪的防水四芯插件16,RS485数据线19将压力传感器4测得并经放大电路模块6放大的信号传输至计算机,通过分析计算,可测得个测点的压力变化量,从而分析地表的相对沉降高度。

Claims (10)
1.一种静力水准仪,其包括本体,该本体设有测压腔与电气腔,位于大气侧的该测压腔的两个侧壁分别设有进水口和出水口,其特征在于,该静力水准仪还包括: 压力传感器,设置于该电气腔内,且该压力传感器用于测量该测压腔内的压力; 放大电路模块,设置于该电气腔内,且该放大电路模块可拆卸地连接于该本体,该放大电路模块与该压力传感器电连接; 密封模块,设置于该本体上,且该密封模块用于密封该测压腔的开口。
2.如权利要求1所述的静力水准仪,其特征在于,该压力传感器套设有第一 O型密封圈,且该第一 O型密封圈位于该电气腔的侧壁与该压力传感器的外壁面之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的静力水准仪,其特征在于,该密封模块包括盖板、硅胶垫片和压板,该测压腔的开口处开设有容置槽,该硅胶垫片和该盖板依次设置于该容置槽内并用于密封该测压腔的开口,且该盖板压设于该压板与该硅胶垫片之间,该压板可拆卸地连接于该本体。
4.如权利要求3所述的静力水准仪,其特征在于,该盖板的材质为有机玻璃,该压板的材质为铝材。
5.如权利要求1所述的静力水准仪,其特征在于,该静力水准仪还包括防水四芯插件,该防水四芯插件与该放大电路模块电连接并可拆卸地连接于本体。
6.如权利要求1所述的静力水准仪,其特征在于,该静力水准仪还包括排气针阀,该排气针阀设置于位于大气侧的该测压腔的侧壁并用于排除测压腔内的气体。
7.如权利要求1所述的静力水准仪,其特征在于,该静力水准仪还包括后盖,该后盖可拆卸地连接于本体并用于密封该电气腔的开口。
8.如权利要求7所述的静力水准仪,其特征在于,该电气腔的开口处设有卡槽,该卡槽内设有第二 O型密封圈,且该第二 O型密封圈压设于该后盖的端面与该卡槽之间。
9.如权利要求1所述的静力水准仪,其特征在于,该压力传感器为扩散硅芯体压力传感器。
10.如权利要求1所述的静力水准仪,其特征在于,位于大气侧的该电气腔的两个侧壁均设有大气串接口。
