Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种配置变压吸附制氧机的废水处理系统。目的是提供的系统应具有处理效果好、处理水可回用、节约资源、剩余污泥量少的特点。技术方案是:配置变压吸附制氧机的废水处理系统,其特征在于该系统包括通过管道依序连通的调节池、水解酸化池、纯氧曝气池以及气浮池,以实现对废水的达标排放;所述水解酸化池与纯氧曝气池产生的污泥分别输送至污泥系统,气浮池中的浮渣经处理后产生的污泥也输送至污泥系统;所述水解酸化池采用氮气搅拌,所述纯氧曝气池采用纯氧曝气。

背景技术
[0002] —般有机废水采用A/0主体生化工艺处理废水,有时根据需要或者回用要求,辅以必要的物化预处理及深度处理系统。
[0003] 随着废水发生量的增加及水质的波动变化,导致常规废水处理技术存在以下问题:1、物化消耗药剂量大,运行费用高;2、产生物化污泥量大,污泥处置费用高;3、生化系统占地面积大;4、稳定达标有难度;5、废水发生量大,不能有效重复利用。
[0004] 另一方面,常规的变压吸附制氧设备所产生的氮气,又不得不排放到大气中,造成一定的资源浪费。
实用新型内容
[0005] 本实用新型的目的是克服上述背景技术的不足,提供一种配置变压吸附制氧机的废水处理系统,该系统应具有处理效果好、处理水可回用、节约资源、剩余污泥量少的特点。
[0006] 本实用新型提供的技术方案是:配置变压吸附制氧机的废水处理系统,其特征在于该系统包括通过管道依序连通的调节池、水解酸化池、纯氧曝气池以及气浮池,以实现对废水的达标排放;所述水解酸化池与纯氧曝气池产生的污泥分别输送至污泥系统,气浮池中的浮渣经处理后产生的污泥也输送至污泥系统;所述水解酸化池采用氮气搅拌,所述纯氧曝气池采用纯氧曝气;
[0007] 所述气浮池还通过管道依序连通砂滤器、生物炭反应器以及回用水池,以进一步对部分达标排放水处理后进行回用;其中砂滤器输出的废水先经臭氧发生器产生的臭氧处理后,再输至生物炭反应器;
[0008] 该系统还配置一变压吸附制氧装置,变压吸附制氧装置制取的氧气用于所述纯氧曝气池的纯氧曝气,并作为臭氧发生器的气源;变压吸附制氧装置制取的氮气用于所述水解酸化池的氮气搅拌。
[0009] 所述砂滤器中的滤料为石英砂。
[0010] 所述调节池配置冷却塔。
[0011] 所述气浮池内配置微气泡发生器,气栗通过气管为微气泡的生成提供气源。

[0013] 本实用新型的有益效果是:所采用的“水解酸化+好氧”的工艺,能够将废水处理成达标排放;所采用的“气浮+砂滤+臭氧+生物活性炭”工艺又能将达标排出水进一步处理成回用水;所配置的变压吸附制氧设备制取的氧气能够用于纯氧曝气池曝气,一部分氧气还可以作为臭氧的气源,变压吸附制氧设备产生的氮气则用作水解酸化系统的气力搅拌。因此本实用新型不但可达标处理废水,而且回用水可重复利用,进而大幅度减少废水排放量;还真正做到了资源充分利用。

[0016] 图1所示的配置变压吸附制氧机的废水处理系统,包括废水处理部分以及回用水处理部分。
[0017] 其中的废水处理部分,包括通过管道依序连通的调节池、水解酸化池、纯氧曝气池以及气浮池;其中的回用水处理部分,包括通过管道依序连通砂滤器、生物炭反应器以及回用水池,砂滤器与生物炭反应器之间进行臭氧处理。
[0018] 以下依序介绍各设施的具体情况。
[0019] 1、调节池
[0020] 废水首先进入调节池,均化水质水量。调节池设置冷却塔,用于降低废水温度,保证不会对后续生化系统造成影响,冷却塔采用污水型玻璃钢网格式。调节池废水通过提升栗提升到水解酸化池。
[0021] 2、水解酸化池
[0022] 废水在水解酸化池内通过水解酸化作用,大分子的有机物被水解成易于被后续好氧菌所降解的小分子有机物,从而使污水的可生化性和生化去除效果大幅度提高,使得好氧段有较高的COD去除率;然后,废水从水解池酸化自流到好氧池。
[0023] 水解酸化系统利用氮气搅拌(通过曝气穿孔管或微孔曝气器进行搅拌,为常规结构)不仅能够有效控制反应器内部的溶解氧浓度,并且可以充分利用氮气,以节省能源。
[0024] 3、纯氧曝气池(好氧池)
[0025] 废水在纯氧曝气池内通过微生物的好氧作用,降解C0D,去除污染物。好氧出水自流到沉淀池。好氧利用纯氧曝气。
[0026] 水解酸化及纯氧曝气池均设置三相分离器,以利于泥水分离,并保证尾气的顺利排放。
[0027] 本方案中好氧工艺采用纯氧曝气方法,即利用纯氧(富氧)代替空气进行曝气;与空气曝气相比较,它有以下特点:(1)氧传递速率快,活性污泥浓度高,因此可提高有机物去除率,使曝气池容积大大缩小。(2)剩余污泥量少,污泥具有良好沉降性,不易发生污泥膨胀。(3)曝气池中能保持高浓度的溶解氧,有较好的耐冲击负荷能力。
[0028] 4、气浮池(浅层气浮装置)
[0029] 好氧系统出水进入气浮池,气浮池内通过加药混凝,并通过微气泡的作用泥水分离(所述气浮池内配置着微气泡发生器,气栗通过气管为微气泡的生成提供气源);浮渣自流进入浮渣池。气浮出水部分达标纳管排放;部分出水(简称中水)自流进入中间水池,后经二次提升栗提升至后续回用水处理部分。
[0030] 5、砂滤器
[0031] 中水在砂滤器内通过石英砂等多滤料的过滤作用截留大部分悬浮物、胶体、色度、浊度、部分有机物等妨碍后续工艺系统正常运行的杂质。过滤出水经管道混合器接入臭氧后,进入生物炭反应器;所述臭氧由臭氧发生器产生后,通过投加装置施加;臭氧发生器与投加装置均为常规装置。
[0032] 6、臭氧-生物活性炭
[0033] 中水首先被臭氧氧化,后继续通过活性炭的吸附作用去除污染物,出水达到回用水标准。
[0034] 臭氧活性炭技术是废水处理中最为有效和经济的处理工艺之一,臭氧是一种强氧化剂,它对水体中病毒的灭活十分有效,同时可氧化部分溶解性有机物和有效改善常规处理混凝效果。采取先臭氧化后活性炭吸附,在活性炭吸附中又继续氧化,这样可以扬长避短,充分发挥活性炭吸附和臭氧氧化各自所长,克服各自所短。通过该工艺,臭氧能使难氧化降解的高分子有机物被氧化成易生物降解的低分子有机物,这不仅为炭柱降解有机物创造了条件,也减轻了活性炭的吸附负荷。同时,臭氧氧化使水中有充足的溶解氧,反过来又为好氧微生物的生命活动提供了良好的条件。其中,生物活性炭(现有技术)是利用微生物去吸收利用被活性炭吸附的污染物,客观上起到了使活性炭再生的作用。

[0036] 水解酸化池剩余污泥、富氧曝气池剩余污泥、浮渣池污泥以及中间沉淀池底部污泥通过污泥栗输送至现有污泥处理系统。
[0037] 8、该系统还配置一变压吸附制氧装置,变压吸附制氧装置制取的氧气用于所述纯氧曝气池的纯氧曝气以及所述臭氧发生器的气源;变压吸附制氧装置制取的氮气用于所述水解酸化池的氮气搅拌。

1.一种配置变压吸附制氧机的废水处理系统,其特征在于该系统包括通过管道依序连通的调节池、水解酸化池、纯氧曝气池以及气浮池,以实现对废水的达标排放;所述水解酸化池与纯氧曝气池产生的污泥分别输送至污泥系统,气浮池中的浮渣经处理后产生的污泥也输送至污泥系统;所述水解酸化池采用氮气搅拌,所述纯氧曝气池采用纯氧曝气; 所述气浮池还通过管道依序连通砂滤器、生物炭反应器以及回用水池,以进一步对部分达标排放水处理后进行回用;其中砂滤器输出的废水先经臭氧发生器产生的臭氧处理后,再输至生物炭反应器; 该系统还配置一变压吸附制氧装置,变压吸附制氧装置制取的氧气用于所述纯氧曝气池的纯氧曝气,并作为臭氧发生器的气源;变压吸附制氧装置制取的氮气用于所述水解酸化池的氮气搅拌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的配置变压吸附制氧机的废水处理系统,其特征在于:所述砂滤器中的滤料为石英砂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的配置变压吸附制氧机的废水处理系统,其特征在于:所述调节池配置冷却塔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的配置变压吸附制氧机的废水处理系统,其特征在于:所述气浮池内配置微气泡发生器,气栗通过气管为微气泡的生成提供气源。
5.根据权利要求4所述的配置变压吸附制氧机的废水处理系统,其特征在于:所述生物炭反应器中配置有生物活性炭。
