一种工程车用可调节的挡泥板，由挡泥板（1）、支架（2）、挡泥皮（3）、调节滑轨（4）、弯板（5）组成，所述的挡泥皮（3）、调节滑轨（4）固定在挡泥板（1）上，其特征在于：所述的弯板（5）二端的钩子（5-1）将弯板（5）卡在调节滑轨（4）上，并用标准件将弯板（5）与调节滑轨（4）固定在一起。本实用新型，具有重量轻、强度高、抗老化、操作方便等特点，安装时可根据实际情况进行上下调节。从整体上达到了节能减排、增效的目的。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种工程车用附件技术领域，尤其是涉及汽车起重车辆等工程车辆用可调节的挡泥板。
背景技术
挡泥板作为汽车不可或缺的重要配件，在工程机械车辆行业同样也不例外，其功能主要有美观外还有阻挡泥浆砂石飞溅到车身上，保护车身的油漆以及钣金。目前国内挡泥板的材质一般分为金属与非金属二类，加工工艺有冲压、吸塑、SMC成型等。此外有少数采用橡胶制成的挡泥板，橡胶挡泥板通过挡泥罩支撑杆固定在副车架或者底盘上面。由于工程车辆的工作工况和形式路况的特殊性，导致橡胶挡泥板的使用寿命大为缩短，如果采用铝合金，则会导致成本大幅提高。因此普遍存在着加工能耗高，产品质量重，运输成本高，无调节功能，后期维修成本高的问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种工程车用可调节的挡泥板，是采用新型工程塑料，调节滑轨，调节安装，操作方便。
本实用新型的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的：一种工程车用可调节的挡泥板，由挡泥板、支架、挡泥皮、调节滑轨、弯板组成，所述的挡泥皮、调节滑轨固定在挡泥板上，其特征在于：所述的弯板二端的钩子将弯板卡在调节滑轨上，并用标准件将弯板与调节滑轨固定在一起。
所述的弯板与调节滑轨4两者之间形成一个圆弧形的弓形，弓形将挡泥板固定在支架上。
所述的挡泥板、支架、挡泥皮、调节滑轨、弯板均为工程塑料。
本实用新型，具有重量轻、强度高、抗老化、操作方便等特点，安装时可根据实际情况进行上下调节。从整体上达到了节能减排、增效的目的。

具体实施方式
由图1知，一种工程车用可调节的挡泥板，由挡泥板1、支架2、挡泥皮3、调节滑轨4、弯板5组成，所述的挡泥皮3、调节滑轨4固定在挡泥板1上，并用标准件将弯板5与调节滑轨4固定在一起。挡泥板1、支架2、挡泥皮3、调节滑轨4、弯板5均为工程塑料。
由图2知，是本实用新型的滑轨结构简图。弯板5二端的钩子5-1将弯板5卡在调节滑轨4上，并用标准件将弯板5与调节滑轨4固定在一起。所述的弯板5与调节滑轨4两者之间形成一个圆弧形的弓形5-2，弓形5-2将挡泥板1固定在支架2上。整个产品通过支架2固定在整车上。
本实用新型的新开发的这种工程车用可调节的挡泥板，主体采用新型工程塑料，具有重量轻，强度高，抗老化等特点，加工工艺引进先进的注塑成型技术，具有加工速度快，尺寸精度高，成品率高，安装时可根据实际情况进行上下调节等优点。从整体上达到了节能减排的目的，同时降低了各项投入，起到降本增效的目的。

1.一种工程车用可调节的挡泥板，由挡泥板（1）、支架（2）、挡泥皮（3）、调节滑轨（4）、弯板（5）组成，所述的挡泥皮（3）、调节滑轨（4）固定在挡泥板（1）上，其特征在于：所述的弯板（5）二端的钩子（5-1）将弯板（5）卡在调节滑轨（4）上，并用标准件将弯板（5）与调节滑轨（4）固定在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工程车用可调节的挡泥板，其特征在于：所述的弯板（5）与调节滑轨（4）两者之间形成一个圆弧的弓形（5-2），弓形（5-2）将挡泥板（1）固定在支架（2）上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种工程车用可调节的挡泥板，其特征在于：所述的挡泥板（1）、支架（2）、挡泥皮（3）、调节滑轨（4）、弯板（5）均为工程塑料。
