Abstract

本实用新型属于医疗辅助装置，涉及一种叩背器。
背景技术
临床工作中，预防肺部感染的有效措施是胸部物理治疗，其中最常用的方法是肺部扣打技术。就是医护人员把手掌合并略弯曲呈半球状,利用腕部的力量叩击病人的胸部,达到改善通气,有效清除分泌物,促进氧合,预防肺部并发症的作用.繁重的肺部扣打工作常常使护士腰背、上臂及腕关节劳损,病人感觉不舒适,很多情况下又不愿意合作.为解决这一难题，使患者在接受有效护理的同时感到舒适，我们设计制作了简易的扣背装置，有利于患者的康复。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服目前存在的不足，提供一种叩背器，由手柄、转角接头、充气气圈、充气阀门构成，充气面气圈分为大中小三种型号，适合不同的人群使用，充气气圈与手柄之间由一个转角接头连接，手柄的设计为符合手握曲线的流线型;粗细以25-30mm,长度以300mm较为合理，充气气圈设置一个充气阀门。
本实用新型针对外科术后患者以及呼吸系统疾病需要进行胸部物理治疗的情况,设计一种简易扣背器.以松动痰液,促进痰液排出,预防肺部炎症.使用这个产品既可减轻患者痛苦，又节省医护人员体力,取材方便，成本低廉；本实用新型设计合理，操作简单，增加了患者接受治疗的舒适感，是一种让患者感觉舒适，减轻工作人员劳动力的安全医疗辅助装置。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种叩背器，由手柄1、转角接头2、充气气圈3、充气阀门4构成，充气面气圈3分为大中小三种型号，适合不同的人群使用，充气气圈3与手柄1之间由一个转角接头2连接，手柄1的设计为符合手握曲线的流线型;粗细以25-30mm,长度以300mm较为合理，充气气圈3设置一个充气阀门4。
实施例2
使用时，根据患者身高和体型选择不同型号的扣背器，通过充气阀门4向充气气圈3内用注入一定量的空气,使充气气圈3有一定弹性，安置病人合适体位，操作者手持扣背器手柄1，有节律地扣打胸壁，每一肺叶扣打2-3分钟，同时让患者做深呼吸，将痰液咳出。

1.一种叩背器，其特征在于，由手柄（1）、转角接头（2）、充气气圈（3）、充气阀门（4）构成，充气气圈（3）与手柄（1）之间由一个转角接头（2）连接，充气阀门（4）设置在充气气圈（3）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种叩背器，其特征在于，充气面气圈（3）分为大中小三种型号，适合不同的人群使用。
3.一种叩背器，其特征在于，手柄（1）设计为符合手握曲线的流线型，直径为25-30mm，长度为300mm。
