本实用新型提供了一种翡翠鉴定仪,至少包括机盒、光源、光电传感器、电源和与光电传感器电连接的微处理器,机盒通过内部水平安装的隔板分隔为光源室和位于下方的暗室,光电传感器、电源和微处理器均安装于光源室中,翡翠样品位于暗室的底板上,暗室的侧壁上设有室门;所述光源为激光器,激光器竖直安装于隔板中,隔板中沿水平方向安装有与激光器所射激光相匹配的截止滤光片,光电传感器位于截止滤光片上方,光源室中设有摄像头,摄像头位于截止滤光片的正上方并且连接微处理器的输入接口,光源室的侧壁上设有与微处理器的输出接口电性连接的显示屏;该翡翠鉴定仪操作简单,鉴定快速、准确,并且仪器成本低。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种翡翠鉴定仪,属于珠宝鉴定仪器技术领域。
背景技术
品质优良的翡翠相对来说较为稀有,价格昂贵,酸洗充胶处理翡翠,又称B货,是翡翠玉石市场上最为常见的处理品,外观与天然翡翠相似,不易辨认。翡翠市场的发展,要求其鉴定技术必须赶上发展的步伐,才能对市场进行规范和指导。
目前鉴别翡翠的方法有放大镜观察、测量密度、测量红外光谱、拉曼光谱实验等,现有用于上述鉴别方法的仪器存在准确度不高、鉴别周期长、体积大携带不便或仪器成本过于昂贵的问题,中国发明申请“CN200910062640-快速鉴别天然翡翠与酸洗充胶处理翡翠的仪器其方法”公开了一种快速鉴别翡翠的仪器,该仪器通过紫外光源照射翡翠下部,根据翡翠样品受到辐射后发出磷光的强度及持续时间来鉴别翡翠类型,鉴别标准复杂,并且成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的内容在于解决现有技术的不足,并提供一种翡翠鉴定仪,该翡翠鉴定仪操作简单,鉴定快速、准确,并且仪器成本低。
实现本实用新型目的所采用的技术方案为,一种翡翠鉴定仪,至少包括机盒、光源、光电传感器、电源和与光电传感器电连接的微处理器,机盒通过内部水平安装的隔板分隔为光源室和位于下方的暗室,光电传感器、电源和微处理器均安装于光源室中,翡翠样品位于暗室的底板上,暗室的侧壁上设有室门;所述光源为激光器,激光器竖直安装于隔板中,隔板中沿水平方向安装有与激光器所射激光相匹配的截止滤光片,光电传感器位于截止滤光片上方。
所述激光器的激光波长为266nm、375nm或532nm。

光源室中设有摄像头,摄像头位于截止滤光片的正上方并且连接微处理器的输入接口,光源室的侧壁上设有与微处理器的输出接口电性连接的显示屏。

由上述技术方案可知,本实用新型提供的翡翠鉴定仪,机盒通过隔板分隔为光源室和位于下方的暗室,翡翠样品鉴定时置于暗室中,选用激光器作为鉴定光源,激光器发射激光直接照射于翡翠样品上,翡翠样品在激光照射下光致发光,发出波长小于激光器所射激光波长的可见光,通过隔板中沿水平方向安装的截止滤光片滤掉波长大于(等于)激光波长的光,而翡翠样品光致发光的可见光可通过截止滤光片,位于截止滤光片上方的光电传感器接收翡翠样品发出的可见光,并将光信号转化为电信号传输至微处理器中,通过电信号可直接判断翡翠样品的真伪。
本实用新型提供的翡翠鉴定仪,光源可选用激光波长为266nm、375nm或532nm的激光器,优选价格低廉的激光波长为532nm的激光器,仪器成本低;设计暗室的尺寸大于光源室的尺寸,该翡翠鉴定仪可鉴定体积较大的翡翠样品。
光源室中设置摄像头,通过摄像头可采集暗室中的图像信息,并通过显示屏显示图像,光电传感器确定翡翠样品发出可见光的光强,摄像头直接采集翡翠样品光致发光的真实图像,便于鉴定人员直接判定翡翠样品的优劣和真伪。

本实用新型提供的翡翠鉴定仪,其结构如图1所示,包括机盒1、光源、光电传感器10、电源7和与光电传感器电连接的微处理器6,机盒通过内部水平安装的隔板2分隔为光源室3和位于下方的暗室4,暗室的尺寸大于光源室的尺寸,便于鉴定大尺寸的样品,光电传感器10、电源7和微处理器6均安装于光源室中,翡翠样品13位于暗室的底板上,暗室的侧壁上设有室门5;所述光源为激光波长为532nm的激光器8,激光器竖直安装于隔板中,隔板中沿水平方向安装有与激光器所射激光相匹配的截止滤光片9,光电传感器位于截止滤光片上方,光源室中设有摄像头11,摄像头位于截止滤光片的正上方并且连接微处理器的输入接口,光源室的侧壁上设有与微处理器的输出接口电性连接的显示屏12,光电传感器10、激光器8、显示屏12、微处理器6和摄像头11均由电源供电。
实际使用中,对于酸洗充胶处理的翡翠(俗称翡翠B货),其内部填充物在激光的照射下产生的荧光(光致发光)与天然翡翠在颜色、强度、持续时间上有明显区别,可通过微处理器判断识别翡翠样品的真伪,鉴定方法简单,易于非专业人士使用。

1.一种翡翠鉴定仪,至少包括机盒、光源、光电传感器、电源和与光电传感器电连接的微处理器,其特征在于:机盒通过内部水平安装的隔板分隔为光源室和位于下方的暗室,光电传感器、电源和微处理器均安装于光源室中,翡翠样品位于暗室的底板上,暗室的侧壁上设有室门;所述光源为激光器,激光器竖直安装于隔板中,隔板中沿水平方向安装有与激光器所射激光相匹配的截止滤光片,光电传感器位于截止滤光片上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的翡翠鉴定仪,其特征在于:所述激光器的激光波长为266nm、375nm或532nm。

4.根据权利要求1所述的翡翠鉴定仪,其特征在于:光源室中设有摄像头,摄像头位于截止滤光片的正上方并且连接微处理器的输入接口,光源室的侧壁上设有与微处理器的输出接口电性连接的显示屏。
