中药材在加工过程中需要经过多道加工工序，如中药的切割、煮制等操作，传统的切割装置存在结构复杂，且在切割过程中，容易出现粉尘，影响切片质量。

本实用新型目的是提供了一种结构简单，切片烘干效率高，防止粉尘扬起的中药材切片烘干装置。
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种中药材切片烘干装置，包括箱体，其特征在于：所述箱体的口部设有料仓，所述料仓的底部设有切割筒，所述切割筒的侧壁上设有多个通气孔，所述切割筒内设有切割刀片，所述切割刀片通过电机传动连接，所述切割筒的底部连通下料通道，所述下料通道连通烘干桶，所述烘干桶内设有搅拌轴，所述搅拌轴的侧壁上设有搅拌叶片。
所述下料通道的侧壁上设有抽尘管道，所述抽尘管道底部设有抽风机。
本实用新型在箱体的口部设有料仓，且在料仓的底部设有切割筒，且在切割筒的侧壁上设有多个通气孔，且在切割筒内设有切割刀片，在切割筒的底部设有下料通道，在下料通道的侧壁上设有除尘管道，除尘管道连通连通外部抽风机，这样在切片过程中，切割筒内产生的粉尘可以被除尘管道吸收，切割好的薄片可以顺着下料通道排到烘干桶内进行烘干，切割效率高，烘干速度快，减少了人工操作。

参见附图，一种中药材切片烘干装置，包括箱体1，所述箱体1的口部设有料仓2，所述料仓2的底部设有切割筒3，所述切割筒3的侧壁上设有多个通气孔4，所述切割筒3内设有切割刀片5，所述切割刀片5通过电机6传动连接，所述切割筒3的底部连通下料通道7，所述下料通道7连通烘干桶8，所述烘干桶8内设有搅拌轴9，所述搅拌轴9的侧壁上设有搅拌叶片10。
所述下料通道7的侧壁上设有抽尘管道11，所述抽尘管道11底部设有抽风机12。

1.一种中药材切片烘干装置，包括箱体，其特征在于：所述箱体的口部设有料仓，所述料仓的底部设有切割筒，所述切割筒的侧壁上设有多个通气孔，所述切割筒内设有切割刀片，所述切割刀片通过电机传动连接，所述切割筒的底部连通下料通道，所述下料通道连通烘干桶，所述烘干桶内设有搅拌轴，所述搅拌轴的侧壁上设有搅拌叶片。
