Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种化工尾气除臭设备,包括通过管道与化工设备相连接的高压溶气泵;所述的高压溶气泵通过管道与密闭水槽相连接,所述的密闭水槽的输出端设置有射流泵,所述的射流泵输出端与气液分离室相连接,所述的气液分离室内设置有气液分离器;在所述的气液分离室下端设置有储液槽,所述的气液分离室上端设置有与脱硫仓相连接的单向阀门;所述的脱硫仓内设置有吸附层,所述的吸附层为蜂窝状结构,所述的吸附层表面设置有钙化脱硫剂,在所述的脱硫仓远离单向阀门一端设置有出气口,在所述的出气口上设置有蒸汽净化器,在所述的蒸汽净化器的输出端通过抽气泵与储气罐相连接。本实用新型能够简化设备,实现氨、硫分离。

背景技术
[0002] 氮肥行业产生的废气中主要含有氮氧化物、尿素粉尘、一氧化碳、氨气、二氧化硫、甲烷等,其中部分杂质和气体是可以通过溶于水的方式实现回收,但是在溶于水之后,液体排放会再次造成水污染,不方便后续处理,并导致工序复杂,增加处理成本。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种化工尾气除臭设备,能够简化设备,实现氨、硫分离。

[0006] 所述的高压溶气栗通过管道与密闭水槽相连接,所述的密闭水槽的输出端设置有射流栗,所述的射流栗输出端与气液分离室相连接,所述的气液分离室内设置有气液分离器;
[0007] 在所述的气液分离室下端设置有储液槽,所述的气液分离室上端设置有与脱硫仓相连接的单向阀门;
[0008] 所述的脱硫仓内设置有吸附层,所述的吸附层为蜂窝状结构,所述的吸附层表面设置有钙化脱硫剂,在所述的脱硫仓远离单向阀门一端设置有出气口,在所述的出气口上设置有蒸汽净化器,在所述的蒸汽净化器的输出端通过抽气栗与储气罐相连接。
[0009] 进一步地,为更好地实现本实用新型,所述的吸附层为沿脱硫仓高度方向间隔设置的至少3个。
[0010] 进一步地,为更好地实现本实用新型,所述的吸附层上设置有固定端板,所述的固定端板通过螺栓固定在所述吸附层上,所述的固定端板远离吸附层一端卡接在所述的脱硫仓内。
[0011] 进一步地,为更好地实现本实用新型,在所述的脱硫仓内设置有向上倾斜排布的环状凸缘,所述的固定端板远离吸附层一端卡接在所述的环状凸缘上。

[0013] (I)本实用新型通过采用高压溶气栗将气体与空气一起加压栗入密闭水槽中,利用气体置换实现脱氨;
[0014] (2)本实用新型通过采用射流栗将经过脱氨之后的混合气体高速射入气液分离器并进行气液分离,将氨和二氧化硫分离出来,提高氨的纯度;
[0015] (3)本实用新型通过采用钙化脱硫剂附着在蜂窝状的吸附层上,实现脱硫,从而使得从脱硫仓输出的气体中二氧化硫含量大大降低,提高最终获取的氨的纯度和质量,排出的气体也能够减少对环境的污染。

[0021] 如图1所示,一种化工尾气除臭设备,包括通过管道与化工设备相连接的高压溶气栗101 ;
[0022] 所述的高压溶气栗101通过管道与密闭水槽102相连接,所述的密闭水槽102的输出端设置有射流栗103,所述的射流栗103输出端与气液分离室104相连接,所述的气液分呙室104内设置有气液分呙器;
[0023] 在所述的气液分离室104下端设置有储液槽105,所述的气液分离室104上端设置有与脱硫仓106相连接的单向阀门;
[0024] 所述的脱硫仓106内设置有吸附层107,所述的吸附层107为蜂窝状结构,所述的吸附层107表面设置有钙化脱硫剂,在所述的脱硫仓106远离单向阀门一端设置有出气口108,在所述的出气口 108上设置有蒸汽净化器109,在所述的蒸汽净化器109的输出端通过抽气栗与储气罐110相连接。
[0025] 将化工废气与空气一起经过高压溶气栗101加入密闭水槽102,在大量高压气体进入密闭水槽102之后,溶解在密闭水槽102水中的氨在空气高压作用下,从水中脱离,部分二氧化硫溶解在水中,经过射流栗103从加速汽化喷出之后,氨从液体中分离,经过气液分离器实现气液分离之后,通过蒸汽净化器109进一步将其中水蒸气去除,经过脱硫仓106将气体中剩余的二氧化硫去除,然后经过抽气栗将氨抽入储气罐110。
[0026] 为了提高吸附效率,本实施例中,优选地,所述的吸附层107为沿脱硫仓106高度方向间隔设置的至少3个。经过至少3层吸附层对气体中的二氧化硫进行吸附净化,能够有效减少排出气体中硫含量。
[0027] 为了方便及时更换吸附层107,本实施例中,优选地,所述的吸附层107上设置有固定端板111,所述的固定端板111通过螺栓固定在所述吸附层107上,所述的固定端板111远离吸附层107 —端卡接在所述的脱硫仓106内。
[0028] 为了方便更换吸附层107,本实施例中,优选地,在所述的脱硫仓106内设置有向上倾斜排布的环状凸缘112,所述的固定端板111远离吸附层107 —端卡接在所述的环状凸缘112上。
[0029] 在钙化脱硫剂需要更换时,可以直接将吸附层107从脱硫仓106内的环状凸缘112上取出即可。

[0031] 一种化工尾气除臭方法,包括以下步骤:
[0032] S1:采用高压溶气栗101将化工尾气加压栗入密闭水槽102内,使化工尾气中的氨和空气而被加压输送到密闭水槽102中,大量空气挤压溶解在水中的氨,水吸收部分二氧化硫;
[0033] S2:启动射流栗103将溶解在水中的氨雾化并高速喷出,使氨进入气液分离室104并通过气液分离器与水分离,剩余二氧化硫与氨一起通过气液分离器进入脱硫仓106 ;
[0034] S3:启动抽气栗,使脱硫仓106内产生负压,使气体加速通过脱硫仓106,二氧化硫经过吸附层107上的钙化脱硫剂处理后,将经过脱硫仓106的气体抽出并储存在储气罐110内。

1.一种化工尾气除臭设备,其特征在于:包括通过管道与化工设备相连接的高压溶气栗(101); 所述的高压溶气栗(101)通过管道与密闭水槽(102)相连接,所述的密闭水槽(102)的输出端设置有射流栗(103),所述的射流栗(103)输出端与气液分离室(104)相连接,所述的气液分离室(104)内设置有气液分离器; 在所述的气液分离室(104)下端设置有 储液槽(105),所述的气液分离室(104)上端设置有与脱硫仓(106)相连接的单向阀门; 所述的脱硫仓(106)内设置有吸附层(107),所述的吸附层(107)为蜂窝状结构,所述的吸附层(107)表面设置有钙化脱硫剂,在所述的脱硫仓(106)远离单向阀门一端设置有出气口( 108),在所述的出气口( 108)上设置有蒸汽净化器(109),在所述的蒸汽净化器(109)的输出端通过抽气栗与储气罐(110)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种化工尾气除臭设备,其特征在于:所述的吸附层(107)为沿脱硫仓(106)高度方向间隔设置的至少3个。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种化工尾气除臭设备,其特征在于:所述的吸附层(107)上设置有固定端板(111),所述的固定端板(111)通过螺栓固定在所述吸附层(107 )上,所述的固定端板(111)远离吸附层(107) —端卡接在所述的脱硫仓(106)内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种化工尾气除臭设备,其特征在于:在所述的脱硫仓(106)内设置有向上倾斜排布的环状凸缘(112),所述的固定端板(111)远离吸附层(107)—端卡接在所述的环状凸缘(112)上。
