袖口是手套与人体手腕相接的部分，包括一面、两面、三面和四面裁切式，目前市场上的四面裁切袖口大多由氯丁橡胶（NEOPREN）制成，氯丁橡胶本身不透气。有些氯丁橡胶袖口局部设有透气孔，但是袖口贴合手腕时，只有设有透气孔的部位透气，其余部位仍然不透气，会导致手腕部位出汗，影响穿戴的舒适度，且容易滋生细菌引发皮肤病。
