Abstract

背景技术
手外伤后组织反应性肿胀、疼痛、固定时间过长，或掌侧疤痕挛缩、指间关节的侧副韧带挛缩、屈肌腱粘连等均易造成指间关节僵硬，其中手指关节屈曲位僵硬是指间关节僵硬常见的表现。传统的治疗方式有：手术治疗或保守治疗。其中手术治疗使用克氏针将手指固定于伸直位，易形成伸直位僵硬；保守治疗主要有传统的伸直位支具，但该支具无法单个固定手指指关节，治疗效果差。
发明内容
针对上述现实情况，本实用新型提供了一种渐进静态伸指矫形支具。该支具可通过塑形贴合患者手指，通过渐进性调整的静态牵伸，达到伸指矫形的目的。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种渐进静态伸指矫形支具，主要由手背侧支具、固定带和牵引带构成。其中，手背侧支具由低温热塑板材塑形。其近手指端有海绵衬垫，表面不同间隔区域黏贴有魔术贴勾面。固定带背面为魔术贴毛面，可固定于手背侧支具表面。牵引带一端为环状扣，另一端背面设有魔术贴毛面。
本实用新型的有益效果是，可有效牵引患指，在牵引矫形训练过程中，根据患指恢复情况，定期调整牵引强度。同时，患者居家时，亦可根据医嘱和自我感受，主动控制和及时调整静态牵伸强度。可预防僵硬，操作方便，并且舒适度较高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明
在图中，根据患者手形塑形相应大小的手背侧支具1，将手背侧支具1通过固定带2魔术贴勾面5与魔术贴毛面7相粘连，调整松紧后，使手背侧支具固定于患手。将环形扣6套于患手屈曲位僵硬手指，海绵衬垫4可减轻支具边缘对患手的压力。调整牵引带3至患者能耐受伸展位，并通过魔术贴毛面7和魔术贴勾面5黏贴固定，进行静态伸指矫形训练。使用此支具固定患指一定时间后，可逐渐收紧牵引带，使患指得到进一步牵伸，加强矫形效果，并且患者可自行根据需要调整松紧度，操作方便。

1.一种渐进静态伸指矫形支具，由手背侧支具、固定带和牵引带构成，其特征在于，所述手背侧支具由低温热塑板材塑形，并通过魔术贴与所述固定带和牵引带相联接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的渐进静态伸指矫形支具，其特征在于，所述手背侧支具近手指端有海绵衬垫。
3.根据权利要求1所述的渐进静态伸指矫形支具，其特征在于，所述手背侧支具表面不同间隔区域黏贴有魔术贴勾面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的渐进静态伸指矫形支具，其特征在于，所述固定带背面为魔术贴毛面，可固定于手背侧支具表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的渐进静态伸指矫形支具，其特征在于，所述牵引带一端为环状扣，另一端背面设有魔术贴毛面。
