Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种车圈生产线自动收料系统,包括传送装置、挂钩机构和收料装置;传送装置包括传送导轨、传送滚子和电机驱动装置;挂钩机构包括挂杆、单向旋转缓冲器和挂钩,挂杆与传送滚子联接,单向旋转缓冲器安装在挂杆的下部,单向旋转缓冲器具有转轴,挂钩安装在转轴上,挂钩与挂杆形成套体;收料装置包括框架、支杆、撑托块和两条托杆,两条托杆与支杆相互平行,支杆和托杆的轴线非水平设置,支杆和托杆均具有高端和低端,托杆的高端位于挂钩的正下方,支杆的高端位于挂钩的正下方一侧,支杆的低端固定在框架上,撑托块固定在框架上且位于支杆的一侧,撑托块的上面为弧形坡面。本新型结构更为简单紧凑,对厂房的空间要求小,自动化程度高。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型属于自行车生产制造技术领域,特别是涉及一种车圈生产线自动收料系统。
背景技术
[0002]自行车的车轮是保持自行车运行平稳的重要部件,车圈是车轮的主体。车圈生产过程中,输送线是用于运送车圈的传送装置,传统技术中,输送线的下料全靠人工手动完成,费时费力,影响生产效率,且生产线的自动化程度低。
[0003] 我公司设计了一种具有自动下料功能的车圈生产线自动抓放机构ZL201320386542,本机构通过托架与推杆之间的相互作用,实现钩嘴打开与闭合,以此完成车圈的下料。这种结构虽可以实现车圈下料的基本功能,但是无与之配合的自动收料机构,下料的车圈仍然靠工人码放到车圈托车上,自动化程度不彻底。另外,现有装置的结构松散不紧凑,对厂房的空间要求高。
发明内容
[0004] 本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种结构简单,对厂房的空间要求低,具有自动收料功能的车圈生产线自动收料系统。
[0005] 本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种车圈生产线自动收料系统,其特征在于:包括传送装置、挂钩机构和收料装置;所述传送装置包括传送导轨、传送滚子和电机驱动装置,所述传送滚子配装在所述传送导轨上,所述电机驱动装置与所述传送滚子联接;所述挂钩机构包括挂杆、单向旋转缓冲器和挂钩,所述挂杆的上端与所述传送滚子联接,所述单向旋转缓冲器安装在所述挂杆的下部,所述单向旋转缓冲器具有转轴,所述挂钩安装在所述单向旋转缓冲器的转轴上,所述挂钩与所述挂杆的下部形成用于钩挂车圈的套体;所述收料装置包括框架、支杆、撑托块和两条托杆,所述两条托杆与所述支杆相互平行,所述支杆和托杆的轴线非水平设置,所述支杆和托杆均具有高端和低端,所述托杆的高端位于所述挂钩的正下方,所述支杆的高端位于所述挂钩的正下方一侧,所述支杆的低端固定在所述框架上,所述撑托块固定在所述框架上且位于所述支杆的一侧,所述撑托块的上面为弧形坡面。

[0019] 所述传送装置包括传送导轨1、传送滚子2和电机驱动装置,所述传送滚子2配装在所述传送导轨I上,所述电机驱动装置与所述传送滚子2联接。本实施例中,输送导轨I的横截面为C形,输送滚子2配装在输送导轨I的C形槽内并可以在输送导轨I内沿输送导轨I滑动。输送滚子2滑动的动力输出设备为所述电机驱动装置,电机驱动装置可以直接与输送滚子2联接,也可以通过链轮和链条与输送滚子2联接,联接方式为现有技术中常用的技术手段。
[0020] 如图2,所述挂钩机构包括挂杆3、单向旋转缓冲器4和挂钩5。所述挂杆3的上端与所述传送滚子2联接。所述单向旋转缓冲器4安装在所述挂杆3的下部,所述单向旋转缓冲器4具有转轴4-1。所述挂钩5安装在所述单向旋转缓冲器4的转轴4-1上,所述挂钩5与所述挂杆3的下部形成用于钩挂车圈6的套体。单向旋转缓冲器4是现有产品,包括缓冲器壳体和转轴4-1,转轴4-1只具有向一个方向转向时的阻力。本系统中的单向旋转缓冲器4用于提供挂钩5向下旋转、使套体闭合的阻力。被套体钩挂的车圈6下部受到撑托时,车圈6的上部顶压挂钩5并使挂钩5绕转轴4-1旋转,此过程中,单向旋转缓冲器4不产生阻力,套体可以轻易被推开。车圈6下部撑托消除后,挂钩5在单向旋转缓冲器4的阻力以及自身重力的效果下缓慢回转,套体能够维持打开状态一段时间,以此时车圈6自然下落实现卸料。本实施例中,所述挂钩5包括弧形弯杆5-1和与所述弧形弯杆5-1连接的钩杆5-2,所述弧形弯杆5-1通过所述转轴4-1安装在所述单向旋转缓冲器4上,所述弧形弯杆5-1与所述钩杆5-2为一体式构造。弧形弯杆5-1的设计便于车圈6顺滑地顶起挂钩5。
[0021] 如图3,所述收料装置包括框架7、支杆8、撑托块9和两条托杆10。所述两条托杆10与所述支杆8相互平行,所述支杆8和托杆10的轴线非水平设置,即所述支杆8和托杆10均具有高端和低端。所述托杆10的高端位于所述挂钩5的正下方。所述支杆8的高端位于所述挂钩5的正下方一侧。卸料的车圈6落于两条托杆10的高端并由两条托杆10支撑,车圈6因非水平设置的托杆10而向支杆8 一侧倾斜并下滑,支杆8在车圈倾倒一定角度后插入车圈6的圈内,起到避免车圈6翻倒并维持车圈6滑落至托杆10低端的作用,以此类推,批量车圈可以通过托杆10的承托作用以及支杆8的支持作用而进行有序地堆码。本实施例中,所述框架7为型钢焊接构成的矩形框体,所述托杆10的两端焊接在所述框架7上,所述支杆8的低端焊接在所述框架7上。
[0022] 所述撑托块9固定在所述框架7上且位于所述支杆8的一侧,所述撑托块9的上面为弧形坡面。撑托块9的作用是顶撑被吊挂的车圈6,使车圈6从钩挂机构上脱落。

1.一种车圈生产线自动收料系统,其特征在于:包括传送装置、挂钩机构和收料装置; 所述传送装置包括传送导轨(I)、传送滚子(2)和电机驱动装置,所述传送滚子(2)配装在所述传送导轨(I)上,所述电机驱动装置与所述传送滚子(2)联接; 所述挂钩机构包括挂杆(3)、单向旋转缓冲器(4)和挂钩(5),所述挂杆(3)的上端与所述传送滚子(2)联接,所述单向旋转缓冲器(4)安装在所述挂杆(3)的下部,所述单向旋转缓冲器(4)具有转轴(4-1),所述挂钩(5)安装在所述单向旋转缓冲器(4)的转轴(4-1)上,所述挂钩(5)与所述挂杆(3)的下部形成用于钩挂车圈¢)的套体; 所述收料装置包括框架(7)、支杆(8)、撑托块(9)和两条托杆(10),所述两条托杆(10)与所述支杆(8)相互平行,所述支杆(8)和托杆(10)的轴线非水平设置,所述支杆(8)和托杆(10)均具有高端和低端,所述托杆(10)的高端位于所述挂钩(5)的正下方,所述支杆(8)的高端位于所述挂钩(5)的正下方一侧,所述支杆(8)的低端固定在所述框架(7)上,所述撑托块(9)固定在所述框架(7)上且位于所述支杆(8)的一侧,所述撑托块(9)的上面为弧形坡面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车圈生产线自动收料系统,其特征在于:所述传送导轨(I)的横截面为C形。
3.根据根据权利要求1所述的车圈生产线自动收料系统,其特征在于:所述传送滚子(2)通过链轮和链条与所述电机驱动装置联接。
4.根据根据权利要求1所述的车圈生产线自动收料系统,其特征在于:所述挂钩(5)包括弧形弯杆(5-1)和与所述弧形弯杆(5-1)连接的钩杆(5-2),所述弧形弯杆(5-1)通过所述转轴(4-1)安装在所述单向旋转缓冲器(4)上,所述弧形弯杆(5-1)与所述钩杆(5-2)为一体式构造。
5.根据根据权利要求1所述的车圈生产线自动收料系统,其特征在于:所述框架(7)为型钢焊接构成的矩形框体,所述托杆(10)的两端焊接在所述框架(7)上,所述支杆(8)的低端焊接在所述框架(7)上。
