[0002] 车削刀具的刀面部分通常包括前角、后角,前角和后角角度的选取对切削加工影响很大。
[0003] 其中,前角是在正交平面中测量的前刀面与基面间的夹角,角度大小对切削加工影响很大,不能过大也不能过小。前角过大时,切削刃和刀头的强度、散热条件和受力状况变差,将使刀具磨损加快,耐用度降低,甚至崩刃损坏。若取较小的前角,虽切削刃和刀头较强固,散热条件和受力状况也较好,但切削刃变钝,对切削加工也不利。适合的前角,可以使得切削刃锋利,切削轻快,即切削层材料变形小,切削力也小。后角是在正交平面中测量的后刀面与切削平面间的夹角,主要作用是减少刀具后刀面与工件表面间的磨擦,并配合前角改变切削刃的锋利与强度。

5.根据权利要求1所述的加工格栅孔的刀具,其特征在于,所述刀柄(I)与刀头(2)为一体成型结构。
