[0018] 工作人员对房体I内悬挂链4上的工件进行喷漆处理,漆雾透过水帘幕墙6进入催化仓7,漆雾先通过过滤器71进行过滤,过滤器71接入催化池3内的水将过滤器71上的杂质冲洗干净,有杂质的污水直接排到催化池3中,可以直接在催化池3直接催化降解,然后循环整个过滤设备使用,达到节水和避免污水二次污染。漆雾再通过湿式过滤器72、脱水器73和活性炭滤袋74,有效去除漆雾中的颗粒物;处理后的漆雾在离心风机91的作用下进入到脱附仓8,在UV灯82的作用下进行氧化分解,进一步祛除异味达到漆雾直接排放标准;最后漆雾经过电离子电场83,电离子电场83通电产生臭氧,漆雾经过臭氧的分解后通过螺旋风管10进入空气引流装置9,依次经过离心风机91、消音器92和蜂窝活性炭,最终排出到外部环境。
