背景技术
水泵是输送液体或使液体增压的机械。它将原动机的机械能或其他外部能量传送给液体,使液体能量增加,主要用来输送液体包括水、油、酸碱液、乳化液、悬乳液和液态金属等,也可输送液体、气体混合物以及含悬浮固体物的液体。水泵性能的技术参数有流量、吸程、扬程、轴功率、水功率、效率等。
目前的水泵在输送液体时,其流速一般都是固定的,但是在实际生活中,有些排出的流体并不需要高流速,白白浪费能耗,造成资源浪费,如果采用更换低动能的水泵来节省能源,一方面需要按照不同的需要更换不同的水泵,耗时费力,另一方面需要准备不同的水泵,投入很大。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对背景技术中的缺陷,提供一种流速可调的水泵,结构简单,使用方便。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案:
一种流速可调的水泵,包含泵体、电机、压力感应器、无线发射模块、无线接收模块、显示模块、变频器和控制面板,所述电机的输出轴与所述泵体的叶轮轴连接,所述压力感应器设置在泵体的出水口,所述压力感应器与无线发射模块相连,所述显示模块分别与控制面板、无线接收模块相连,所述控制面板通过所述变频器与电机相连。
压力感应器感应流体压力,将测得的流体压力传递给无线发射模块,无线发射模块将流体压力发射至无线接收模块,无线接收模块接收到流体压力后将其传递给显示模块,显示模块根据控制面板端设定的流体密度计算出流体的流速后,将流速实时显示出来。
用户看到流速后,可以通过控制面板对变频器进行调节,进而调整电机的转速,来达到调节流体流速的目的。
作为本实用新型一种流速可调的水泵进一步的优化方案,所述显示模块采用LED显示屏。
作为本实用新型一种流速可调的水泵进一步的优化方案,所述无线发射模块、无线接收模块采用3G通信。

如图1所示,本实用新型公开了一种流速可调的水泵,包含泵体、电机、压力感应器、无线发射模块、无线接收模块、显示模块、变频器和控制面板,所述电机的输出轴与所述泵体的叶轮轴连接,所述压力感应器设置在泵体的出水口,所述压力感应器与无线发射模块相连,所述显示模块分别与控制面板、无线接收模块相连,所述控制面板通过所述变频器与电机相连。
压力感应器感应流体压力,将测得的流体压力传递给无线发射模块,无线发射模块将流体压力发射至无线接收模块,无线接收模块接收到流体压力后将其传递给显示模块,显示模块根据控制面板端设定的流体密度计算出流体的流速后,将流速实时显示出来。
用户看到流速后,可以通过控制面板对变频器进行调节,进而调整电机的转速,来达到调节流体流速的目的。
所述显示模块采用LED显示屏。
所述无线发射模块、无线接收模块采用3G通信。
