背景技术
在电热膜的制造生产厂家，电热膜通常收放于导辊之上，根据需要的不同，电热膜的宽度不尽相同，因此，导辊的宽度也不相同，经常需要对导辊进行切割和打磨。

针对上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术目的是公开一种便于对导辊切割或打磨的切割装置。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种切割装置，包括一操作台，所述操作台上方设置有一固定块与一电机，所述固定块侧面设置有一固定轴，所述电机安装有一主轴，所述主轴与固定轴共用一条轴线；该操作台上方还设有两条滑轨，所述滑轨上设有至少一个能于所述滑轨上滑动的切割器；所述切割器包括两个分别活动设于每个滑轨上方的底滑块，所述两个底滑块同时与其上方的一底板固定连接，所述底板上方竖直设有一能够供一气缸穿过的立板以及一长方体块，该长方体块上方安装有一能够顺着该长方体块滑动的上滑块，所述上滑块上方通过以连杆固定有一锯片，所述连杆后端连接所述气缸的活塞杆。
本实用新型公开了一种切割装置，其结构简单，便于操作，自动化程度高，且维护方便，具有提高工作效率和降低生产成本的优点。

图1和2所示，一种切割装置，包括一操作台1，所述操作台1上方设置有一固定块2与一电机3，所述固定块2侧面设置有一固定轴4，所述电机3安装有一主轴5，所述主轴5与固定轴4共用一条轴线；该操作台1上方还设有两条滑轨6，所述滑轨6上设有两个能于所述滑轨6上滑动的切割器A；所述切割器A包括两个分别活动设于每个滑轨6上方的底滑块7，所述两个底滑块7同时与其上方的一底板8固定连接，所述底板8上方竖直设有一能够供一气缸9穿过的立板10以及一长方体块11，该长方体块11上方安装有一能够顺着该长方体块11滑动的上滑块12，所述上滑块12上方通过以连杆13固定有一锯片14，所述连杆13后端连接所述气缸9的活塞杆15。
使用时，导辊固定于固定轴4与电机3的主轴5之间，电机3带动主轴5进而带动导辊转动，气缸9的活塞杆15伸出，带动锯片14对导辊进行切割或打磨，底滑块7能够于滑轨6上水平移动，可以调节锯片14的水平方向运行，气缸9带动锯片14于长方体块11上实现左右移动，方便切割。
