背景技术
燃气过滤器是输送介质管道上不可缺少的一种装置，通常安装在减压阀、泄压阀、定位阀或其它设备的进口端，用来消除介质中的杂质，以保护阀门及设备的正常情况，减少设备维护费用。当气体进入置有滤芯的过滤器后，其杂质被滤芯阻挡，而清洁的滤气则由过滤器出口排出，当需要清洗时，只要把滤筒拆开，将滤芯取出，清洗后重新装入即可。
目前，现有的燃气过滤器的滤芯都是采用纸质材料，过滤精度为20微米，在工作过程中，燃气带水，滤芯吸水后发胀，容易堵住滤孔，导致经常需要拆开过滤器进行更换，次数频繁，耗费大量精力且使用成本过高。
实用新型内容
针对以上问题，本实用新型提供了一种燃气过滤器滤芯结构，不但能达到过滤精度，而且方便拆洗，可反复使用，有效降低了使用成本。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
一种燃气过滤器滤芯结构，包括金属过滤网，金属过滤网外层套设有滤布。
进一步地，滤布采用过滤精度为25微米。
进一步地，金属过滤网为圆柱形结构。
进一步地，金属过滤网顶部设有定位孔。
进一步地，金属过滤网外圈上设有若干滤孔。
本实用新型的有益效果：
本实用新型通过在金属过滤网外层上套设有滤布，过滤效果好，且不用频繁更换，延长了使用寿命，并可反复使用，有效节省了成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本实用新型的技术方案进行说明。
如图1所示，燃气过滤器工作原理是燃气气体由进气管3进入过滤器筒体1内，经过滤芯过滤后，清洁的空气由出气管4排出，介质中的杂质被滤芯阻挡，剩余杂质通过排污管7排出。其中，滤芯通过螺杆5固定连接出气管4，要清洗更换滤芯时打开筒体盖6即可取出滤芯。
如图2所示，本实用新型所述一种燃气过滤器滤芯结构，包括金属过滤网2，金属过滤网2外层套设有滤布8。以上所述构成本实用新型基本结构。
本实用新型通过在金属过滤网2外层上套设有一层滤布8，相比传统纸质材料的滤芯来说，不会吸水后膨胀，且更耐用，不用频繁更换，有效延长了滤芯的使用寿命，节省了成本。
优选的，本实用新型所述滤布8采用过滤精度为25微米。相比传统纸质材料过滤精度20微米过滤效果更佳。
本实用新型所述金属过滤网2为圆柱形结构，金属过滤网2顶部设有定位孔9，金属过滤网2外圈上设有若干滤孔10。本实用新型通过螺杆6穿于定位孔9起到固定金属过滤网2的作用。
