Abstract

背景技术
目前医疗市场所釆用的等速下肢屈伸康复训练器很多，传统的等速下肢屈伸康复训练器由于其结构相对复杂，训练力量调整不灵活，无法满足更广泛客户需求。基于此，申请人在传统训练器的基础上进行优化设计，制作该产品。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了帮助训练者增强肌肉力量，特别为患者下肢屈伸不利的患者进行康复训练设计一种等速下肢屈伸康复训练器。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种等速下肢屈伸康复训练器，包括底架、靠背支撑架、下肢训练部分、可调阻尼器、后管堵、调节管堵、坐垫、靠垫、脚轮、手扶把和支撑垫，其特征在于：底架前面安装有调节管堵，后面安装有后管堵和脚轮，底架上面还设置有坐垫，底架通过轴承副与下肢训练部分连接，下肢训练部分上面设置有支撑患者腿部的支撑垫，可调阻尼器的一端固定于底架上，另一端固定于下肢训练部分上，底架通过螺纹副与靠背支撑架连接，靠背支撑架上面通过螺纹副固定有靠垫，靠背支撑架上面还设置有手扶把。
本实用新型的有益效果：训练器在使用时，受训练者在正常坐姿下，双腿自然放在支撑垫上面，双腿反复进行屈、伸动作来增加下肢肌肉力量，训练时的负载力量可依据训练者的实际状态调整，负载力量通过可调阻尼器调整实现。其主要功能为帮助训练肌肉力量特别为恢复患者下肢肌肉力量而设计，可训练到的肌群有：股四头肌，股二头肌、臀大肌等。设备结构简洁，使用方便。设备整体呈流线型，符合人体工程学，外观大气、简洁。

具体实施例如图1、图2、图3所示，底架1前后分别安装有调节管堵6和后管堵5，既方便调节又增加了训练器的稳定性。另外，还安装有安装有内置脚轮9，脚轮9可与地面接触，灵活移动。
底架1通过螺纹副安装有坐垫7和靠背支撑架2，靠背支撑架2上面固定有靠垫8，坐垫7和靠垫8由专用皮革及优质海绵加工而成，从而增加训练者的舒适度。
靠背支撑架2上面还设置有手扶把10，训练者在训练时可以用手握住，增加了患者的稳定性。
底架1通过轴承副连接下肢训练部分3，下肢训练部分3上面设置有支撑患者腿部的支撑垫11。训练者在正常坐姿下，双腿自然放在支撑垫11上面，双腿进行反复屈、伸来增加下肢肌肉力量。
可调阻尼器4的一端固定于下肢训练部分3上，另一端固定于底架1上，下肢训练部分3转动阻力由可调阻尼器4限定，可调阻尼器4的力量可通过其自带旋钮调整，从而改变训练阻力。

1.等速下肢屈伸康复训练器，包括底架（1）、靠背支撑架（2）、下肢训练部分（3）、可调阻尼器（4）、后管堵（5）、调节管堵（6）、坐垫（7）、靠垫（8）、脚轮（9）、手扶把（10）和支撑垫（11），其特征在于：底架（1）前面安装有调节管堵（6），后面安装有后管堵（5）和脚轮（9），底架（1）上面还设置有坐垫（7），底架（1）通过轴承副与下肢训练部分（3）连接，下肢训练部分（3）上面设置有支撑患者腿部的支撑垫（11），可调阻尼器（4）的一端固定于底架（1）上，另一端固定于下肢训练部分（3）上，底架（1）通过螺纹副与靠背支撑架（2）连接，靠背支撑架（2）上面通过螺纹副固定有靠垫（8），靠背支撑架（2）上面还设置有手扶把（10）。
