本实用新型涉及一种用于天然气压缩机的联轴器。该联轴器包括电机轴接头、中间连接体、连接盘、飞轮，所述电机轴接头、中间连接体和连接盘依次通过螺栓连接固定，电机轴接头固定在电机轴上，飞轮固定在压缩机轴上，连接盘与飞轮连接固定。有益效果是：将飞轮直接安装在压缩机的轴上，在提高转动惯量时，可以有效减小飞轮直径，解决了飞轮尺寸过大情况下，联轴器无法正常安装的问题。另外，飞轮与轴头过盈配合，连接可靠，增强了传动件之间的刚度，可将飞轮运转中的不平衡力直接传递到地基上，减小了对联轴器的影响，使机组运行更加平稳，联轴器寿命延长。

背景技术
电机对天然气压缩机进行动力传动时需要使用联轴器将电机轴和天然气压缩机轴连接在一起，而现有技术中用于天然气压缩机的联轴器包括：电机轴接头、中间连接体、飞轮和压缩机轴接头，其中飞轮和压缩机轴接头为一体结构，这种飞轮尺寸不能过大，否则当压缩机轴较粗时联轴器不能正常安装，而且过大的飞轮在运转中的不平衡力会对压缩机轴产生很大危害，影响机组的平稳运行和寿命，因此通常这种飞轮的转动惯量较小，不适用于需要较大转动惯量的情况。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单，运转平稳，转动惯量大的用于天然气压缩机的联轴器。
本实用新型为了解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案是：
一种用于天然气压缩机的联轴器，其结构包括电机轴接头、中间连接体、连接盘、飞轮，所述电机轴接头、中间连接体和连接盘依次连接固定，电机轴接头固定在电机轴上，飞轮固定在压缩机轴上，连接盘与飞轮连接固定。
所述飞轮的内径不大于压缩机轴的横切面直径，且两者相差不超过2mm。
所述电机轴接头、中间连接体、连接盘和飞轮之间的连接方式均为螺栓连接。
采用上述结构设计所带来的有益效果是：将飞轮直接安装在压缩机的轴上，在提高转动惯量时，可以有效减小飞轮直径，解决了飞轮尺寸过大情况下，联轴器无法正常安装的问题。另外，飞轮与轴头过盈配合，连接可靠，增强了传动件之间的刚度，可将飞轮运转中的不平衡力直接传递到地基上，减小了对联轴器的影响，使机组运行更加平稳，联轴器寿命延长。与现有技术相比，设计合理、连接可靠、结构紧凑、运行平稳、适用性强、成本低等特点。因而，具有很好的推广使用价值 。

具体实施方式
如图2所示一种用于天然气压缩机的联轴器，其结构包括电机轴接头2、中间连接体3、连接盘4、飞轮6，所述电机轴接头2、中间连接体3和连接盘4依次通过螺栓5连接固定，电机轴接头2与电机轴1固定连接，飞轮6固定在压缩机轴7上，连接盘4与飞轮6连接固定。所述加工成的飞轮6的内径比压缩机轴7横截面直径小2mm，在安装时先将飞轮6用导热油加热使其膨胀，然后将飞轮6安装到压缩机轴7上，使其过盈配合，当飞轮6冷却至室温后，将其他部件依次连接。机组运转时，电机通过联轴器带动飞轮6转动，飞轮6再将动力传递给压缩机。

1.一种用于天然气压缩机的联轴器，其结构包括电机轴接头（2）、中间连接体（3）、飞轮（6），其特征在于：所述联轴器还包括连接盘（4），所述电机轴接头（2）、中间连接体（3）和连接盘（4）依次连接固定，电机轴接头（2）固定在电机轴（1）上，飞轮（6）固定在压缩机轴（7）上，连接盘（4）与飞轮（6）连接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于天然气压缩机的联轴器，其特征在于：所述飞轮（6）的内径不大于压缩机轴（7）的横切面直径，且两者相差不超过2mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于天然气压缩机的联轴器，其特征在于：所述电机轴接头（2）、中间连接体（3）、连接盘（4）和飞轮（6）之间的均通过螺栓（5）连接。
