[0044] 本实用新型使用时,污水从厂区集水池栗进入内筒2内,通过HDIC布水器均匀布水,IC厌氧强化处理系统对高浓度污泥中进行厌氧降解,通过三相分离器后,气体进入沼气罐5,收集的沼气可再利用。液体通过出水管进入外层的好氧区4,好氧区4有两个,进入好氧区4的管道也有两个,两个一一对应,每个管道上设一个电动阀门13,阀门使用PLC或时控,两个好氧区轮流周期进水。好氧区4使用射流曝气,射流水使用好氧混合栗15连接,好氧混合栗15兼有排泥作用,切换管道阀门可排泥至污泥池11。污泥池11的污泥可以排出压干处理,部分回流至厌氧区3保证高浓度污泥。厌氧出水到好氧采用穿孔布水,均匀布水在好氧区4。好氧处理后的污水通过顶端出水堰的排水管10排出。

Claims (7)
1.一体化高效能污水处理器,其特征在于:包括一桶状罐体,所述桶状罐体内设有内筒,所述内筒内是一安装有IC厌氧强化处理系统的厌氧区,所述内筒与桶状罐体之间是一设有好氧简化SBR处理系统的好氧区,所述内筒的上方安装有与内筒连通收集沼气的沼气罐,所述IC厌氧强化处理系统的进水管与厂区集水池栗入罐的污水出口连接,所述IC厌氧强化处理系统的出水管与好氧简化SBR处理系统的管道连接,所述好氧简化SBR处理系统包括排水管和排污管,所述排污管与污水池连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的一体化高效能污水处理器,其特征在于:所述污水池与IC厌氧强化处理系统的进水管连通。
3.如权利要求1所述的一体化高效能污水处理器,其特征在于:所述IC厌氧强化处理系统包括HDIC布水器,所述HDIC布水器设有两层三相分离器,上层设有挂膜处理层。
4.如权利要求1所述的一体化高效能污水处理器,其特征在于:所述内筒与桶状罐体之间通过隔仓板隔成两个半圆的好氧区,每个好氧区内均设有好氧简化SBR处理系统。
5.如权利要求4所述的一体化高效能污水处理器,其特征在于:所述好氧简化SBR处理系统的管道上设有控制进水的电动阀门。
6.如权利要求4所述的一体化高效能污水处理器,其特征在于:所述好氧简化SBR处理系统包括一设置在桶状罐体底部的射流曝气器,所述射流曝气器外接有好氧混合栗,所述好氧混合栗与排污管连接。
7.如权利要求1~6之一所述的一体化高效能污水处理器,其特征在于:所述排水管设置在桶状罐体的上方。
