[0002] 在目前的铸造行业中,铸造工艺方案均为直接贯通式整体注入铁水的形式,采用这种直接贯通式整体注入铁水的的装置使铁水以很高的速度填充砂模,高流速的铁水冲击砂模将部分型砂冲掉,最终导致铸件的砂眼渣眼的缺陷,造成生产批量不良。

[0013] —种用于球铁灰铁铸造的分体底饶式模型,如图1、2所不,由模板9、饶口杯1、横浇道2、竖浇道3、横向分浇道4、入铁水片7、冒口 4、冒口颈5和铸件型腔6构成,两块模板9合模后成长方体,浇口杯I为工字型六方体,浇口杯I底部出口横浇道2相通,横浇道2两端的垂直方向与两条竖浇道3相通,竖浇道3垂直方向连接两条横向分浇道8,两条横向分浇道8向上的垂直方向分别与两侧的入铁水片7相通,其中横浇道2、竖浇道3、横向分浇道8均为截面呈梯形的矩形腔体,入铁水片7为矩形薄腔体,入铁水片7上方与冒口 4相通,冒口 4为圆柱型腔,冒口 4侧面设有冒口颈5,冒口颈5为圆锥形腔体,冒口颈5与铸件型腔6相通,铸件型腔6为3个并与分段式结构的竖浇道3相匹配。
