1.一种电镀阳极板装置,其特征在于,包括阴极卡盘,垂直均匀分布于阴极卡盘外圆周的多条阳极板及连接于阴极卡盘与多条阳极板之间的多条辐射状连接板,所述连接板包括连接于阴极卡盘外圆周的连接套板及连接于多条阳极板的连接嵌板,连接套板与连接嵌板嵌套配合,并通过螺栓固定,所述阴极卡盘上设有阴极插孔,阴极插孔外侧分别设有阳极导电板和吊耳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电镀阳极板装置,其特征在于,所述连接嵌板设有连接耳,所述连接耳与阳极板通过螺栓固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电镀阳极板装置,其特征在于,所述连接板为铜质连接板,所述阴极卡盘为铜质阴极卡盘、所述阳极导电板为铜质阳极导电板。
