技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗用品领域，尤其涉及一种医用约束套。
背景技术
精神病人或重症患者常出现精神异常、瞻望、烦躁、不自主运动等，致使患者有坠床、拔除各种管道的危险。给护理工作带来诸多不便，影响病情观察和治疗的顺利进行，为确保患者安全，使用约束性的保护是必要的。目前，临床多采用简易约束带固定四肢，在患者腕部、踝部包裹柔软毛巾，外用简易约束带打一活结，约束带另一头系于床缘上。但是，简易约束带易滑脱，造成抓伤、意外拔管等；或因患者躁动时愈拉愈紧，造皮肤破损或肿胀。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种医用约束套，该约束套可将病人手部束缚在内部，从而约束病人行为，防止病人意外拔管现象发生。
为了实现上述的目的，本实用新型采用了以下的技术方案：
一种医用约束套，包括由硬质材料制成的套体，所述套体包括上套体和下套体，上套体通过铰链铰接在下套体上，上套体与下套体的开合处通过魔术贴贴合固定；所述套体一端设有开口，套体的开口处沿其边缘设有松紧环套；松紧环套的内部设有拉绳，松紧环套上设有开口，拉绳的端部穿过开口并通过魔术贴贴合固定在松紧环套的外侧面上。
作为优选，所述套体还包括一体设置在下套体端部上的端盖，当上套体与下套体闭合时，端盖的上半部与上套体配合卡接。
作为优选，端盖为向外凸出的弧面端盖；弧形端盖有利于增加套筒内部空间，并符合人体手部伸展需求。
作为优选，所述端盖上设有透气孔。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案，该医用约束套可将病人手部束缚在内部，从而约束病人行为，防止病人意外拔管现象发生。具体使用时，先病人手部放置在下套体上，然后将上套体翻盖后与下套体粘贴，此时病人手掌穿过开口伸入套体内部，由于套体由硬质材料制成，因此无需在对套体内的手部进行限定，有利于病人手部放松活动；最后通过调整松紧环套内的拉绳，用于贴合病人手踝，防止约束套松动或掉落。

下面结合附图，对本实用新型的优选实施方案作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示的一种医用约束套，包括由硬质材料制成的套体，所述套体包括上套体11下套体12，以及一体设置在下套体12端部上的端盖13；上套体11通过铰链铰接在下套体12上，上套体11与下套体12的开合处通过魔术贴a贴合固定；当上套体11与下套体12闭合时，端盖13的上半部与上套体11配合卡接；所述端盖13优选为向外凸出的弧面端盖，弧形端盖13有利于增加套筒内部空间，并符合人体手部伸展需求，端盖13上并设有透气孔14。
所述套体一端设有开口，套体的开口处沿其边缘设有松紧环套31；松紧环套31的内部设有拉绳33，松紧环套31上设有开口，拉绳33的端部穿过开口并通过魔术贴a贴合固定在松紧环套31的外侧面上。
综上所述，该医用约束套可将病人手部束缚在内部，从而约束病人行为，防止病人意外拔管现象发生。具体使用时，先病人手部放置在下套体12上，然后将上套体11翻盖后与下套体12粘贴，此时病人手掌穿过开口伸入套体内部，由于套体由硬质材料制成，因此无需在对套体内的手部进行限定，有利于病人手部放松活动；最后通过调整松紧环套31内的拉绳，用于贴合病人手踝，防止约束套松动或掉落。

1.一种医用约束套，其特征在于：包括由硬质材料制成的套体，所述套体包括上套体和下套体，上套体通过铰链铰接在下套体上，上套体与下套体的开合处通过魔术贴贴合固定；所述套体一端设有开口，套体的开口处沿其边缘设有松紧环套；松紧环套的内部设有拉绳，松紧环套上设有开口，拉绳的端部穿过开口并通过魔术贴贴合固定在松紧环套的外侧面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用约束套，其特征在于：所述套体还包括一体设置在下套体端部上的端盖，当上套体与下套体闭合时，端盖的上半部与上套体配合卡接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种医用约束套，其特征在于：端盖为向外凸出的弧面端盖。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种医用约束套，其特征在于：所述端盖上设有透气孔。
