Abstract

背景技术
皮带输送机在运送物料过程中会有物料（如焦炭、煤炭）粘附在皮带表面，不仅增加了皮带自身的重量、增加电机负荷、造成能源浪费，而且还会降低皮带输送机的输送效率、以及造成物料浪费。为了清除粘附在回程皮带表面的物料，许多技术人员在皮带输送机机头的动力滚筒下方设置清扫器；该清扫装置虽然可将粘附在回程皮带表面的部分物料清除，但物料清除不彻底。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷，本实用新型旨在提供一种可将粘附在回程皮带表面的物料彻底清除的吹风式输送皮带清扫装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：它包括固定在安装座上的刮片；所述安装座是呈半圆筒状的风箱，该风箱靠近主动辊的一侧有出风口；呈倒U字形结构的刮片包覆在风箱上并通过瓦块状的压块由螺钉压紧。
与现有技术比较，本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案，将安装座改为了风箱、并将原来呈平板状的刮片改为了呈倒U字形的结构；因此不仅可利用刮片的两个端面对皮带表面进行两次铲刮，而且还可通过吹风将粘附在皮带上的物料进行清理，清理更加彻底。
