背景技术
最早的家用火锅为铜制的锅灶连体结构的锅具，锅的中心设有与灶相通的烟筒，汤、料混合烹饪菜肴。由于容量较小，只适合用餐人数不多的情况。目前餐馆大多使用与灶分离的铁锅或不锈钢锅，其容量较大，但是存在以下问题：汤、料混合烹饪菜肴，食用不便；味道先浓后淡，不平稳；容易糊锅，造成调料浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种火锅，以解决现有技术存在的汤料混合食用不便、味道不稳定以及容易糊锅的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种火锅，由内锅、外锅和提升机构组成，内锅置于外锅内部，内锅底部设置若干漏孔，提升机构由外锅提升导杆和内锅提升导套组成，内锅提升导套设置在内锅中并与内锅底部连接，外锅提升导杆设置在内锅提升导套中，外锅提升导杆的底部固定在外锅底部，外锅提升导杆通过提升定位销固定在内锅提升导套上。
上述外锅提升导杆的顶部设置手柄。
本实用新型使用时，将固定调料置于内锅中，外锅内的汤料通过内锅底部的漏孔进入内锅中，通过外锅提升导杆和内锅提升导套可调节内锅和外锅之间的间距，以防止内锅调料糊锅现象，提高烹饪效率，使调料始终浸泡于汤中，保证味道的稳定持久。
