本实用新型涉及一种LED硬条灯铝槽。
背景技术
目前，LED日光灯生产中，通常将LED灯珠基板、电源板等通过螺丝固定在灯管基座上，再将LED日光灯罩与灯管基座通过胶黏剂粘合和在一起，最后用LED日光灯灯头封住灯管两侧，这样的生产装配方式存在很多缺陷，灯罩容易受热变形，且灯槽不易安装和拆卸。

本实用新型目的是提供了一种结构简单，安装拆卸方便，且隔热性好，能有效防止灯罩变形的LED硬条灯铝槽。
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种LED硬条灯铝槽，包括底座，其特征在于：所述底座的左、右两侧设有侧板，所述侧板的上端设有分别向两侧伸出的凸起，所述凸起上卡接有弧形透明罩，所述弧形透明罩与凸起的卡口之间设有隔热垫，所述底座的下表面设有左、右两卡接槽，所述左、右两卡接槽内卡接有U形固定框，所述U形固定框的上端设有圆弧形凸起。
所述U形固定框的下表面设有连接螺栓。
本实用新型在底座的上表面左、右两侧设有侧板，且在侧板的上端设有凸起，且在凸起上卡接透明灯罩，且在灯罩的内壁上设有隔热垫，这样防止灯罩受热变形，且在底座的下端设有左、右两卡接槽，在卡接槽内卡接有U形固定框，且在固定框的上端设有弧形凸起，这样卡接速度快，且拆卸维修保养方便。

所述U形固定框8的下表面设有连接螺栓10。

1.一种LED硬条灯铝槽，包括底座，其特征在于：所述底座的左、右两侧设有侧板，所述侧板的上端设有分别向两侧伸出的凸起，所述凸起上卡接有弧形透明罩，所述弧形透明罩与凸起之间设有隔热垫，所述底座的下表面设有左、右两卡接槽，所述左、右两卡接槽内卡接有U形固定框，所述U形固定框的上端设有圆弧形凸起。
