Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种冷弯型钢边模拐角成型装置。包括抵设在所述拐角两边的支承辊一(1)和支承辊二(2),以及伸入到两边内侧的主压辊(3),所述主压辊(3)施压面和拐角两边内侧及拐角对应吻合设置。本实用新型采用支承辊、主压辊的挤压,使拐角材料塑性变形后产生流动,填充到圆弧角部位,使圆弧角变成尖角,满足了预制构件的生产需要。

背景技术
[0002]目前,国内、国外预制构件厂家生产预制构件的边模都是使用热轧型钢或者用厚钢板焊接或者铝合金型材,热轧型钢边模或钢板焊接边模形状简单,重量较重,铝合金型材则价格昂贵,还需表面涂层防止铝与混凝土产生化学反应,而冷弯型钢边模则以轻巧,变化组合及经济性好占得优势。
[0003] 由于混凝土预制构件不允许漏浆挂角,所使用的边模工作面拐角处不能是圆弧角,正常生产的冷弯型钢工作面拐角都有大于型钢料厚尺寸的圆弧角,不能满足预制构件的生产需要,因此需要加以解决。

[0004] 本实用新型针对上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种解决拐角圆弧的问题,使拐角处形成尖角的成型装置,以满足预制构件的生产需要。
[0005] 为此本实用新型采用的技术方案是:本实用新型包括抵设在所述拐角两边的支承辊一(I)和支承辊二( 2 ),以及伸入到两边内侧的主压辊(3 ),所述主压辊(3 )施压面和拐角两边内侧及拐角对应吻合设置。

[0009] 本实用新型的优点是:1)本实用新型采用支承辊、主压辊的挤压,使拐角材料塑性变形后产生流动,填充到圆弧角部位,使圆弧角变成尖角,满足了预制构件的生产需要;2)本实用新型将支承辊一和支承辊二连接,这样支承辊一、支承辊二在工作时不会产生相对运动,保证了边模拐角的处理质量及稳定性;3)本实用新型主压辊两端均设施压面,这样主压辊一端施压面由于使用长时间后或者其他因素发生损坏时,另一端的施压面可投入工作,这样可提高生产效率;4)本实用新型进一步的设置导向杆,这样避免主压辊在施压过程中发生偏斜,进一步保证了拐角的成型质量。

1.一种冷弯型钢边模拐角成型装置,其特征在于,包括抵设在所述拐角两边的支承辊一(I)和支承辊二(2),以及伸入到两边内侧的主压辊(3),所述主压辊(3)施压面和拐角两边内侧及拐角对应吻合设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷弯型钢边模拐角成型装置,其特征在于,所述支承辊一(I)和支承辊二( 2 )存在接触,并在两者接触的位置将两者进行连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷弯型钢边模拐角成型装置,其特征在于,所述主压辊(3)两端均设有所述的施压面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷弯型钢边模拐角成型装置,其特征在于,所述主压辊(3)两侧设有供所述主压辊(3)导向的导向杆(4),所述导向杆(4)固定设置。
